Smart camera

Angela; My experience was very good, she was very dedicated to helping me and solving my difficulties with my new camera; very attentive, pleasant and respectful. Besides, she was kind enough to offer me Spanish, which is my main language. Very grateful and I hope you have the opportunity to be served by her.

Bought a light. Paid for 2 day shipping . 4 days latter still have not received light. Called customer service. Lady was very rude and disrespectful. Told the lady that I needed the light for a hunt that I was leaving for on the 5th day. She replied with " thats not our problem"

It’s funny that everywhere there are reviews for hot smart the first one is pretty good. Every one after that is a bomb. This company is terrible the product is terrible thier customer support is terrible. I’ve had this camera for a week. It will not update it will not recognize any SD card. I put three of the correct type in. I’ve left multiple messages and have yet to have gotten a callback. I’ve sent multiple emails and have gotten two computer responses that they have a ticket to work on it. What does that mean. Do not waste your money on this junk go buy a nice moultrie they work well. Additionally Moulmein will answer the phone when you call, they call you back And best of all their products actually work
