Repeat customer, multiple bookings
My experience with this company has been amazing. I've rented cars from them multiple times in different countries like Poland, Israel, and Holland. They've always been reliable and efficient as a middleman. I've never had any issues with booking, changing bookings, getting the car, or paying. The customer support team is fantastic - they're friendly, quick to help, and overall provide great service. I'd give them five stars without a doubt. I've learned that booking early often gets you really good prices, and if the price goes down even more, they make it easy to cancel and get a refund. I've been really happy with their services and definitely plan on using them again.

I just rented a car in Thailand and had it delivered to Bangkok airport. The car was super nice, it was clean and had a full tank of gas. Getting the car was really quick and simple. It was awesome that I didn't have to put down a deposit to rent it, that made everything much easier. The communication with the car owner was really good too. Plus, only having to pay a part of the cost when booking online and the rest later made things simple and relaxed. We thought we were getting a Hyundai Tucson, but got upgraded to a Toyota Prado for no extra charge. The car was ideal for our mountain trip, and we loved every minute of our journey.

I just got back from Italy where I spent some time from May 17-29, 2023 visiting Venice, Genoa, and Turin. My friends and I decided to rent a car from a rental company. Rip-off rental service
This company is a total rip-off. They say they rent stuff out but honestly, they don't care at all about giving you a good experience. All they want is to pocket their cut and hand over the car owner's contact info. Often, their prices are way too high and the owners will try to nickel and dime you for more cash than you agreed to originally. If something goes south, you can forget about seeing your deposit again because customer support will just push you to handle it yourself. And let's not even get started on the bogus reviews they have on their website.

Booking mishap
I had a really bad experience with this company. They couldn't fulfill my booking because they didn't have enough cars. And to top it off, they took my WhatsApp number to contact me. But then, within like 12 hours, I started getting scam calls and texts on WhatsApp, even though I hadn't given my number out to anyone else lately. It's pretty obvious that they didn't keep my info safe. I definitely suggest steering clear of them!
