Repeat customer, multiple bookings
My experience with this company has been amazing. I've rented cars from them multiple times in different countries like Poland, Israel, and Holland. They've always been reliable and efficient as a middleman. I've never had any issues with booking, changing bookings, getting the car, or paying. The customer support team is fantastic - they're friendly, quick to help, and overall provide great service. I'd give them five stars without a doubt. I've learned that booking early often gets you really good prices, and if the price goes down even more, they make it easy to cancel and get a refund. I've been really happy with their services and definitely plan on using them again.
Last minute car rental
Our experience with the car rental service was surprisingly good. When we got to Milan and found out all our bank cards were no good, we were in a tough spot. Luckily, we decided to go with the car rental service and it really saved the day, especially during the busy season. The folks at the car rental company understood our situation and gave us a few choices of cars to pick from. Rented Toyota Corolla in Barcelona
I just rented a Toyota Corolla from this car rental place to explore Barcelona, and let me tell you, it was a great experience. Car rental in Armenia
I was so happy with my car rental experience for my trip to Armenia. It was really nice to be able to get a car right at the airport. Plus, only having to pay a part of the cost when booking online and the rest later made things simple and relaxed. We thought we were getting a Hyundai Tucson, but got upgraded to a Toyota Prado for no extra charge. The car was ideal for our mountain trip, and we loved every minute of our journey.

I just rented a car and man, the service was top-notch! They were super quick to answer any questions or problems I had while booking. My family and I rented a car for our vacation and it was awesome! The car owner was quick to respond to our messages and the customer service was top-notch. The car arrived on time and the pick-up was smooth. The only hiccup was that we didn't realize the car was manual and navigating through Bali traffic was a bit of a nightmare!

Booked car with Russian MIR card
I rented a car using my Russian MIR card and put down a deposit. The company emailed me the owner's info and I was able to easily grab the car when I got there. All in all, I had a good experience with them.

Let me tell you, renting that Kia Sorento in Yerevan was a piece of cake. The customer support team really came through in helping me book the car and hooking me up with the local rental place. Car rental experience in Milan
Renting a car in Milan was so easy! We took care of all the paperwork with the owner beforehand, and then they brought the car right to our hotel in Milano - no need to go all the way to Malpensa. The car was in good shape, even though it was 3 years old, and returning it was a breeze. All in all, we had a fantastic experience with GetRentacar.

Сервис норм! Пользуюсь услугами уже больше 2 лет. В основном для командировок на Кипре, там прям много и водителей, и свободных машин всегда. Было пару опозданий и отмен в последний момент, но ребята в поддержке очень оперативные и быстро решают все проблемы. Скажу так: если косяки есть, их быстро исправляют. Работают славно.

Арендовали тачку в черногории
Брали тачку в Черногории на пару дней сразу по прилету. забукали машину еще из Москвы но забирали в аэропорте Падгорицы. немного затупили со временем прибытия но машина была на месте когда мы прилетели.
