Airport transportation booking
I just used this company for airport transportation and it was great. Booking online was super easy and we didn't have any problems. The drivers were amazing - Mr. Perez even gave us a mini tour where we were staying. Joshua took us to and from the Frost Bank Center and he was awesome too. The cars were clean and nice, which made the ride even better. I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing airport transportation.

Shower curtain purchase
I paid extra for fast shipping to get my shower curtain in 7-10 days, but it ended up taking 25 days to arrive. I reached out to customer service multiple times, got a tracking number, but it still came late. And when it finally arrived, it didn't look anything like the picture on the website. All in all, I'm not happy with the product or my experience with this company.

Custom containers purchase

Return hat, refund delay
I recently sent back a hat that was way too big for me to Sgt. Grit Marine Specialties. I followed all the instructions from customer service and sent the hat back on 10/13/2023. But here we are, over two months later, and still no sign of my refund. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but no one picks up the phone, and the emails I get back are all automated. This kind of customer service is just not cutting it for me, and I'm really let down by the lack of communication and help from this company. I was expecting much better service from a company that's supposed to be all about Marine gear.
