    Wireless earbuds

    I recently got a set of wireless earbuds from KeepHiFi and I'm so happy with them! The sound is awesome and they fit my ears perfectly. Plus, the battery lasts a long time - I can listen to music for hours without needing to charge them. The customer service was really good too, they answered all my questions and helped me pick out the best earbuds for me. The price was a little high, but honestly, it was totally worth it for the quality I got. The delivery was quick and the packaging was really nice as well. Overall, I definitely recommend KeepHiFi if you're in the market for top-notch audio products!

    Electrical adapter purchase

    I recently bought an electrical adapter from this company, but it was a mistake on my end. I couldn't return it because of their policies. I get why clear rules are important, but it would've been nice if they could've made an exception for me. In the future, they should think about giving more choices for customers who mess up with their purchases. I think making customers happy should be a top concern for any business, and being able to be flexible with requests can help build trust and loyalty.

    Unauthorized prepaid reservation

    I had the worst time dealing with a rental car reservation on Hotwire recently. I was just browsing around, looking into some potential trips, when all of a sudden I found out I had made a reservation and paid for it without even meaning to! I wasted so much time talking to customer service and reaching out to different companies, just to be told that there was nothing they could do and that I should try to get a refund from my bank. It's totally not cool and I think it's really unfair.

    Life-changing Mandarin learning experience

    I've tried and failed so many times to learn Mandarin, but then I found this course and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer. The method they use is seriously effective, and the extra videos and support from the team just take it to the next level. I really wish I had found this sooner!

    Poor quality jacket purchase

    I recently bought a jacket as a gift for my wife from this company. Even though they had some nice discounts and cool designs on their website, I was really bummed out with the jacket because it was poorly made and lacked quality control. The stitches were all messed up and not in line, and after just two months of barely using it, the pockets started falling apart. I contacted their customer support with a detailed review and even sent photos and videos of the issues, but their response was pretty lame. They just asked for more photos of the problems. Long story short, I suggest looking at other brands if you want something that's good quality and will last.

    Online university course experience

    I've taken classes at different universities, including masters courses, and I must say, this is the first time I've felt let down by the lack of support and resources. Instead of giving us physical textbooks or materials, they're only showing us videos. On top of that, the course materials are only accessible in Brazil, which makes it tough for students in Spain or Portugal. It's not fair that students are paying more for the same course as those in Brazil, and we're not even given the total cost upfront - just a monthly payment option with no clear breakdown. They even sent out a confusing email about paying in full, but didn't provide any details on the cost. Considering what we're paying, I think it's reasonable to expect the course materials to be free or in a PDF format. I'm really disappointed by the lack of support and transparency in this online course.
