Convertible Sofa, Bed Sleeper Chair
I just bought this convertible sofa bed chair thing, thinking it was gonna be brand new. But when it got delivered, it had all these big rips and holes, and it smelled all musty and gross. I tried emailing the company but they never got back to me about it. Luckily, I was able to donate the messed up chair to Goodwill. Dealing with the bad customer service and the low quality product really makes me wonder if I can trust this company.
