I recently bought something online from INS and it's been a real pain waiting for it. It's been almost three months now and every time I email them about it, all they say is my package is on its way, but no details. It's really frustrating and I'm super disappointed in the way they're handling this.

Wide brim fedora
I just bought this wide-brim fedora and let me tell you, I am loving it! The hat is exactly as described, with a shallow crown like other reviews said. But even with that, it's still super stylish and well-crafted, a perfect new piece for my wardrobe. Plus, I got free shipping through FedEx, and the packaging was pretty nice too. All in all, I'm really happy with my first purchase from this company.

Scooter purchase
The website was really easy to use and we found the perfect scooter for my grandma. It was neat watching the videos they had on some scooters, but we kinda wished they had videos for all of them. We came in tonight to get a PS5 for our son. We were greeted by an employee by the name of Maria Guadiana She was very respectful and kind and good at her job position she treated us very kind .with a great attitude She treated us like family just because of her attitude we will be back again and most definitely recommend this company to our family and friends.
