Basically, once something sells out, even if it's a preorder, they take it off the site. So when I went back to check on my preorder, it was gone! It felt like they were tricking me, and I felt pretty annoyed and tricked. Plus, that 20% cancellation fee for preorders? Way too much, seems like they're just trying to rip people off. All in all, I was super bummed about the whole experience at Galactic Toys - they need to step up their game in the honesty and customer service department.

I bought some running shoes from this company not too long ago. The shoes are good, but I was kinda let down by the lack of updates on when they'd be delivered. They said I'd get an email with a UPS tracking number, but that never happened. I had to track my order using my order number, email, and postcode instead. It's a bit annoying, but at least I was able to keep tabs on my order. It's just weird that this company keeps missing out on such a simple part of the whole ordering process.

Flight experience from CPH to Brussels
My last time flying with this airline was a total letdown. The flight from CPH to Brussels was a complete mess. We got stuck waiting for hours because of a busted engine, and ended up being rerouted to Munich before finally getting to Brussels, a whole 12 hours later. The trip back from Brussels to CPH wasn't any better, with a bunch of delays messing up my plans and making me late by almost three hours. This kind of back-and-forth and not sticking to the schedule is just not cool for an airline.
