Premium themed model shoes
I just got these really cool pair of themed shoes and I'm totally obsessed with them. The quality and design are amazing, and they're super comfy. But I was kinda bummed when I saw how they were shipped to me. The packaging was flimsy and the box was all messed up with holes and smashed ends. I think they should start double boxing the shoes to make sure they get to me in perfect shape.

Mug purchase for sister-in-law's birthday
I just bought a mug as a birthday present for my sister-in-law. I know this company is a bit on the pricey side, but I was pretty let down by how the order went and how the mug was packed. Even though I shelled out some extra cash for shipping, the delivery took way longer than I thought. And when the mug finally did show up, it was just chucked into a big ol' box with barely any protection. I mean, this thing cost me 20 pounds - I would have expected it to at least come in its own box to make sure it wasn't messed up during shipping. All in all, I was just kinda bummed out by the whole experience.

Horrible company, even worse products. They advertise its all natural but its not. I broke out in hives as soon as i used their products. I returned it and they only gave me partial money back because they said they would not refund shipping but I qualified for free shipping and my order says free shipping. My products purchase was $91 with free shipping. One product was $59 adn the other was $32, equals to $91 but then they only refunded me $73 saying shipping is included. I also had to pay $16 to ship it back to them. I am here to share that not only do their products ... but the prices you see on their website are inflated. You think you are getting free shipping but you are not and their customer service is horrible. I am sad that this company is allowed to operate so just hoping to help people beware before they buy a horrible product then dont get their money back.

Collagen Burn Stasis Krill Oil Move amp Turmeric
I started using Vitauthority products about 2 years ago. I am 41 years old and prior to starting these products I'd been dealing with cystic hormonal acne, joint pain in my hip & low back, as well as chronic inflammation. I started with their Collagen Burn and immediately fell in love; my cellulite was reduced and my joints started feeling better. I added Stasis and slowly (over the course of about 6 months) my very painful & unattractive cystic acne went away, and has stayed for good. Adding in Turmeric and Move has helped my body with inflammation and movement after 4 kids (3 c-sections) and multiple other surgeries. Inflammation is reduced and my joint pain continues to improve. After turning 40 I've added the Krill Oil ... just because I want to protect and help my brain as much as possible as I age. The customer service team has always goes above and beyond. Bought almost $200 of party supplies for my little ones party. We ended up cancelling the order and shipped everything back. They only said they received (some) of the items and partially credited my card. Seems like they need to scam in order to make money! Buy elsewhere! Also, if you return you will need to pay for shipping! Would never ever recommend!!!!

3 bikinis and a dress
I ordered my items on saturday and sunday i decided against buying them. I asked for help through costumer support email and instagram page. By monday night my order had been canceled and i was refunded in full. very lovely service and good support. there isn’t much help to cancel in the website so be sure to think over your order before you get it! overall i will definitely be shopping here again. they were supportive of my reason to cancel and weren’t pushy. Very disappointed. Nothing like the pictures and not even made from the materials advertised. I ordered Cotton and Linen. The advert said it was cotton and the items are 35% cotton and 65% polyester. NOT what I ordered! The quality is cheap, the fit is terrible. I have nothing nice to say about these products. I have tried to email and just got an automated response saying that they are busy and will get back to me in time. I'm hoping that I can get refund. We shall wait and see.

I wish I would've stumbled upon your review before purchasing. I been having nothing but problems with them. Purchased 4 pairs of sunglasses with them 2 weeks aga and the communication is horrible. Nothing is resolved. Still don't have my order and they are based in Houston which is next door to me. They asked if I wanted to a refund and I told them to cancel my order and process my refund. Sadly, I will never buy shirts from them again. All shirts are made in China. Why does that matter? They are all "Dry Clean Only". For a bunch of t-shirts? yes. And why? Because the graphics all crack and flake off in a matter of days. But I can't return them- they are clearly marked DCO, so I have really colorful dust rags.

I ordered my shirts on May 11th, and they got here today(May 20th). I came on here because a shirt I ordered as a gift was small for the size ordered and was going to look into exchanging (don't think I'll bother now) But my shipping is still showing it is in Hong Kong. The ordering process is very simple. If I had done my homework and looked up reviews on the company I would have NEVER ordered from them! I saw on Facebook where people I knew “Liked” the ads. Thinking they must be a good company, I placed an order.......BIG MISTAKE!!! They promise to ship your order within 2 to 3 days from receiving your order. They sent me ONEmessage on Messenger in 2 days, as they say. It Stated my necklace was completed and they were getting it ready to ship and would send me tracking info soon. I didn’t get anything on tracking until 9 days after that and no updates since then!!!! They only communicate through Messenger or email and it’s apparently a Generic Message they send everybody looking for their order! All it says is they are checking on it and will let you know when they hear from parcel transit- and please be patient!! On Messenger it says they respond within 2 hours. It’s more like 2 days and it’s nothing different- just the same message!! They will not send you updated tracking or even tell you where it is since the first and only tracking you receive which says it was delivered to air transport in China!!!! I’ve demanded my money back and told them they were a scam and if I didn’t get my necklace or money back; I would contact the authorities!! Don’t just think because people you know on Facebook “Liked” something, that the company must be legit!! Ask them have they actually ordered from them. Or better yet, go online and read the company’s reviews like I normally do but didn’t this time !!!!!! It’s been a month and I have Nothing!! I am going to report them to the BBB!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! Or you will be sorry!!!!!!!!

Same issue. I received tracking info & the tracking info stopped updating since 12-12-19, I emailed them & the answer didn't answer any of my questions, I emailed them back 3 times now with no reply. I tried to do a on line chat but that doesn't work, it makes you leave a message so I tried that & it tells me I have done too many messages & can't do anymore. I ordered the item on 12-5-19 figuring that woudl be plenty of time since they make it sound like it would. I made sure they were NOT in China but the product does come from China. What a disapointment. When did you guys order your items? And if anyone did get an item how did the engraving look?
I am in the same boat, it's been almost a month and my tracking keeps saying it's being made, no update since 12-13-19. I have emailed countless times, and tried to live chat, it said since I already sent a message via email they couldn't help me with live chat. (Of course it was an automated pop up) I am so very frustrated as it was a gift for my mother in law with her newest grand daughters name on it who is due in june. Monday I'll be filing a complaint with my bank and getting my money back in full!
My daughters ordered me a birth stone necklace for Christmas and they didn’t receive it it still says it’s in Shanghai I might just tell them to file a claim with their bank because Christmas passed and it’s been almost a month.
