I ordered my items on saturday and sunday i decided against buying them. I asked for help through costumer support email and instagram page. By monday night my order had been canceled and i was refunded in full. very lovely service and good support. there isn’t much help to cancel in the website so be sure to think over your order before you get it! overall i will definitely be shopping here again. they were supportive of my reason to cancel and weren’t pushy. Very disappointed. Nothing like the pictures and not even made from the materials advertised. I ordered Cotton and Linen. The advert said it was cotton and the items are 35% cotton and 65% polyester. NOT what I ordered! The quality is cheap, the fit is terrible. I have nothing nice to say about these products. I have tried to email and just got an automated response saying that they are busy and will get back to me in time. I'm hoping that I can get refund. We shall wait and see.
