Opened the box and honestly I half-expected cheap stuff, but the pieces feel solid and kinda fun — whimsical, a bit glossy, colors true. I started using them for a backyard hangout; now I'm excited to deck out Halloween and winter parties.
Subtle centerpiece fix
I was mid-table setup for a small holiday dinner — needed something to lift the look after a rough move — when I spotted a ding on one Holly dinner candle. Replacement arrived fast, no fuss. Candles look distinct and do the job, quietly pleased.
Half-decorated candles
Started setting the cake up and noticed the candles only had prints on one side. From the far side you get white blobs. The printed side looks fine though, bright colors. Feels cheap considering the price. Wish they'd print both sides or at least mention it on the listing.
Last-minute save
I was half convinced we'd miss the birthday—pickup had slipped and the express parcel was late. Then their rep, Eleanor, kept phoning different teams and even FedEx, patching things together so it arrived right on the party day. Not flawless—communication was a bit messy, but seeing the box there made it worth it after all, honestly.
Birthday chandelier snag
I spotted this chandelier on Instagram and a friend said it was perfect for my 68th birthday, so I ordered it even though I worried about shipping and fragile bits. When it arrived it was utterly tangled — took two of us ages to try to sort it and it's still not like the picture. That made me nervous and a bit sad since I wanted it up for a while. Customer support was great though, they refunded half fast and were super helpful, so I'm grateful even if the result wasn't what I'd hoped.
Delivery okay, returns not.
The package showed up on time and that was nice, but dealing with returns has been a real headache. Their site says you need an RMA number to send things back, and the only way to get it is emailing support. I emailed three times over a month about an item that didn't meet the quality I expected and never got a reply. You only have 30 days to request a return, so it's risky. If you care about customer service, be warned. For now the product works well enough, but I'd expect better follow-up and clearer return options. A faster reply would help.
Last-minute save, not thanks to them
“wrong customer,” “dispatch error,” and then a litany of texts from the courier saying my address was changed (by someone? not me) and the earliest they’d actually bring it was after the party. Great.
Anyway, Kaylee from customer support tried — I’ll give her that — she sounded genuinely apologetic and promised a replacement would arrive within 24 hours. Promised. The next day came and went, so I called again, called a few times actually, and every time there was a different reason. Blame on the courier, blame on a mix-up, lots of “we’re looking into it.” I asked for a refund so I could run out and buy replacements and make my daughter’s table look nice. Nope — they couldn’t refund until my cancelled package was back at their warehouse. So they lost it, twice, and then stalled my refund.
What made me finally feel okay? Running into a tiny party shop down the street that actually had cute stuff — not exactly the online aesthetic, but pretty close — and seeing my daughter’s eyes when I walked in with the haul. That little burst of “this will work” was it. The company didn’t ruin the day in the end, but they made it harder than it should’ve been. I’ve had smooth experiences with other sellers before, which made this one stand out even more. Small win: kiddo loved it, and I’ll think twice before ordering late or trusting promises without a backup plan.Looked great, mixed batch
Bought Christmas crackers and gift bags for hosting - needed them for a family party and was worried because I’d had bad runs before. Several items arrived with glue letting go (about a quarter). The moment I felt satisfied was when customer service sent replacements and a partial refund; the new ones held up, table looked good, okay.
Party supplies
Bought almost $200 of party supplies for my little ones party. We ended up cancelling the order and shipped everything back. They only said they received (some) of the items and partially credited my card. Seems like they need to scam in order to make money! Buy elsewhere! Also, if you return you will need to pay for shipping! Would never ever recommend!!!!

The crackers are super cute - but one of the 6 missing the hat - which is critical. They offered me 15% off next purchase . Seriously?
