MERI MERI offers free ground shipping on all orders worth $50 and above purchased from their online store, destined within the continental USA. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS from Nevada. 3 Day Saver, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air shipments are processed the same day if placed by 11 am PST. Orders placed after 11 am PST will ship the next business day. No shipments are delivered on the weekends. For international orders, most in-stock items will arrive 5-15 business days after receipt of your order. You'll see a shipping range specific to your destination at Checkout. MERI MERI does not ship on the weekends and national holidays. You may return any product ordered from their website within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery for a refund. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please reach out to their customer service team at retail@merimeri.com to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to the shipper. Items returned after 30 days will be in the form of store credit. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. MERI MERI accepts payments via most major credit cards.
