    I just bought a bigger card from that website and got a little confused about how it would be delivered. It took 3 days to get here, which was longer than usual. I've ordered smaller cards before and they always came the next day, so I was surprised by the delay with this one.

    Personalized vitamin regimen

    I really liked the personalized vitamin plan I got from this company. Taking that quiz helped me figure out what I needed, but I also got to choose some stuff myself based on what I like and what I need. I have this health thing that needs more of one vitamin, so I was glad I could leave that out and just get it from my pharmacist.

    I'm absolutely blown away by this self-improvement app. It's totally changed how I go about getting things done and growing as a person.     My recent tax filing experience

    I just used a tax preparation service to file my taxes. Everything was going fine until I found out that the software didn't support certain deductions for my state. So, I had to figure out a different way to make sure my state return was done right. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they didn't really seem to care. I had to go somewhere else for help to fix the problem. It was pretty frustrating to deal with such a lack of attention to detail and customer service.

    Hotel reservation

    An error occurred during a booking. I needed to change the date of a reservation. I went on the site, it was allowed, I thought I made the change, the price then changed (dropped) which looked normal as the date was being changed. I booked and then received a confirmation and saw the date had not been altered. I immediately queried this and was told I had not changed the date. Trip.com told me they contacted the hotel but they would not change. I contacted the hotel and they told me Trip.com would not change.

    If I did not change the date correctly, why did the price change? Was I going to be overcharged originally?

    Although all the correspondence was polite, the basic answer was, your fault, not ours, sorry we can't do anything or rather, we don't want to do anything.

    If a website makes mistakes or is unclear or goes wrong, blaming the user is not good for business.

    Why you consider these white flowers grows only for funeral usage ?? Is it?Please , you shouldn't write this.You should sell your flowers and flower baskets ,let customers choose for purposes.
    Also please find mind if hearted you.
    I am your regular buyer for last few months .I had seen before this time too.But forget to bring your attention.
    This Christmas you did wonderful job of deliveries to my all friends where we as family couldn't go.

    Yeah they tried to pull that extra charge on me..and even still failed to deliver...scam

    I ordered from just flowers two orders and my girl only received one of them. they tell me oh we tried to deliver them but they'll be re-delivered on saturday 5-8-21 but no flowers came. then if you try to get ahold of customer service you'll be on it for over two hours without anyone picking up the damn phone instead to automated system cuts you off and you have to start all over again. so how in the hell am i suppose to find out why my delivery never made it and yet they took my money. so how do i get a refund because these were mother day flowers and theirs no point now in sending them because the florists don't deliver on sundays. its a bunch of bullshit. i'll NEVER order any flowers again from Just Flowers.

    yeah my order number was 9336303 the Enchantment Bouquet that she never got for her mom who just passed away.

    Order # 9370237 was to be delivered yesterday, then today. Now tomorrow. What's with this???

    Yep same thing happened with us. Got charged extra AND they werent even delivered. Got through to customer service once, they said they needed to look into it and call me back. This was on Saturday, still waiting for that call. I've called back, left messages and sent emails.Now they dont even answer their phone. Terrible.

    I'm calling my bank to reverse the charges!!! They suck!!!

    Totally ripped off. They delivered a very small version of what I ordered with no balloons. Bastards.

    I too have been scammed by this company. I’m still waiting for my Mom’s Mother’s Day flowers to arrive. What recourse do we have’ if any❓

    I recommend you all immediately call you credit card company and file a dispute. Your flowers will never arrive. You can get the money back thru your bank.

    This company is horrible. The flowers were never delivered and it is impossible. to get in touch

    Blueland dish soap powder

    I really wanted to love this particular Blueland product; ditching plastic is my goal. But cleanliness of my hand-washed dishes is important, too. First, I'm wondering whether anyone else has found themselves coughing after sprinkling this powder to the sponge? The air borne detergent powder feels like it lodges in my lungs - not what I'm looking for when washing dishes - or ever. This concern is topmost for me, which says something, because my secondary concern matters, too: I can't tell whether the soap is actually cleaning: soapsuds don't generally appear. Is my elbow grease simply removing the mess, or have my dishes been well cleaned with this detergent? Any ideas or tips you have, from your experience, are appreciated.

    Blueland makes a big eco-friendly promise, and unfortunately, it falls short of that. The cleaning tablets are fine, acceptable alternatives. However, their cleaning bottles and nozzles, including hand soap nozzles (glass hand soap bottle is fine), are absolute disasters. We have all three cleaners and we have replaced them each twice over, and we're now on our third round and have stopped returning them. Their marketing-esque apology email that was sent to us the first time round said they had improved the bottles and were "confident" the issues were solved. THey also said to remember they were a young company and to go easy. If you're a relatively young and nimble company, you should have nailed it the first time, or own up to it and just stop putting more crap out into the world until you get it right. I absolutely don't recommend these products to anyone, especially after our last (of the round two) bottles came apart and exploded all over me, an expensive coffee table, and the carpet. Two thumbs way down. You have been warned! Classic, perhaps well-intentioned but poorly executed, greenwashing if you ask me.

    I am so glad you mentioned this. Two of my bottles exploded this weekend and the liquid got all over the counter. Both bottles were so cracked, it was crazy! I already have replaced one of the bottles previously and now I have two that have exploded.

    We find the dish detergent powder causes us to cough each and every time we use it. The fine particulates in the air are very irritating to our lungs. It is a great disappointment. I hope Blueland will address and improve this. It has sent us back to using liquid detergent in a plastic bottle.

    I've had similiar issues with the dish soap powder. I cough, sneeze or generally just feel like something is in my throat every time I use it, even if I'm very careful to gentle put it on the wet sponge so it doesn't create a cloud. I would love to keep using this but I can't handle the effects. My husband as asthma and it really bothers him so I won't be buying again. Unfortunately I now have this silicone bottle which i'm not sure what to do with.

    Same at my house. Everyone in the room knows when I dispense the dish powder. I'd settle for a less natural product if they'd like to add a little anti toxic dust cloud chemical.

    Like the others I wanted to love the products but have a similar issue. I had to put a towel around my face when I poured the dish powder into the container. After that I ended up adding water to the container to mitigate the aeration of the particles each time I used it. I complained and was sent a new package which seems much better. Not entirely sold on it’s cleaning effectiveness

    We also wanted to love the product. We ordered the hand soap tablets and refillable bottle. The glass bottle is nice but the pump stopped working on 2nd tablet. They did offer to replace if we would submit pictures or a video of the problem, ad they wanted us to send the broken pumps back. We actually managed to take the pump apart and clean it, run very hot water through it and get it working again temporarily. We're not impressed since the whole point is to be able to reuse the bottle conveniently and save on plastic.

    If you can remember from your existing list if customers , I had a refurbished Samsung mobile from you before pandemic period started.I had paid approx five hundred dollars.So used that set and one power bank from you,of course one item was new ,nine months almost.Absolutely great and i sold it again just few days back and good amount i collected back.
    Resale value of refurbished mobile can be so lucky for me i did not even guessed.
    And finally a new set of Samsung again received last evening Galaxy Note 8 , 128/6 GB ,just fantastic and within my pocket , just two hundred I added in sold mobile and got new one. Very good.

    The ordering process is very simple. If I had done my homework and looked up reviews on the company I would have NEVER ordered from them! I saw on Facebook where people I knew “Liked” the ads. Thinking they must be a good company, I placed an order.......BIG MISTAKE!!! They promise to ship your order within 2 to 3 days from receiving your order. They sent me ONEmessage on Messenger in 2 days, as they say. It Stated my necklace was completed and they were getting it ready to ship and would send me tracking info soon. I didn’t get anything on tracking until 9 days after that and no updates since then!!!! They only communicate through Messenger or email and it’s apparently a Generic Message they send everybody looking for their order! All it says is they are checking on it and will let you know when they hear from parcel transit- and please be patient!! On Messenger it says they respond within 2 hours. It’s more like 2 days and it’s nothing different- just the same message!! They will not send you updated tracking or even tell you where it is since the first and only tracking you receive which says it was delivered to air transport in China!!!! I’ve demanded my money back and told them they were a scam and if I didn’t get my necklace or money back; I would contact the authorities!! Don’t just think because people you know on Facebook “Liked” something, that the company must be legit!! Ask them have they actually ordered from them. Or better yet, go online and read the company’s reviews like I normally do but didn’t this time !!!!!! It’s been a month and I have Nothing!! I am going to report them to the BBB!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! Or you will be sorry!!!!!!!!

    Same issue. I received tracking info & the tracking info stopped updating since 12-12-19, I emailed them & the answer didn't answer any of my questions, I emailed them back 3 times now with no reply. I tried to do a on line chat but that doesn't work, it makes you leave a message so I tried that & it tells me I have done too many messages & can't do anymore. I ordered the item on 12-5-19 figuring that woudl be plenty of time since they make it sound like it would. I made sure they were NOT in China but the product does come from China. What a disapointment. When did you guys order your items? And if anyone did get an item how did the engraving look?

    I am in the same boat, it's been almost a month and my tracking keeps saying it's being made, no update since 12-13-19. I have emailed countless times, and tried to live chat, it said since I already sent a message via email they couldn't help me with live chat. (Of course it was an automated pop up) I am so very frustrated as it was a gift for my mother in law with her newest grand daughters name on it who is due in june. Monday I'll be filing a complaint with my bank and getting my money back in full!

    My daughters ordered me a birth stone necklace for Christmas and they didn’t receive it it still says it’s in Shanghai I might just tell them to file a claim with their bank because Christmas passed and it’s been almost a month.
