    I've been using this software for a while now, and let me tell you, it has been a game-changer for me.     Subscription box order

    I ordered a subscription box not too long ago, and I was pretty bummed to see that my order hadn't been sent out yet. So I reached out to customer service to see what was up, but all I got was an auto-reply saying the inbox was full. That's kinda sketchy and doesn't give me much faith that they can handle getting orders out on time.

    As someone who bought clothes from this company, I gotta say I was pretty let down by the quality. The clothes just felt cheap and definitely not worth the price. I know some companies use sweatshops, but this company's products were really lacking in quality. Even with my background in clothing, I couldn't find anything good to say about what I bought. So yeah, based on my experience, I can't really suggest this brand to anyone.

    Recent experience at Nuuly

    I recently tried out Nuuly and had a bit of a mixed experience. The first month went really smoothly - the shipping was super fast, all the clothes arrived in great condition, and I even got one piece that still had the tags on. But in my latest month, UPS lost my shipment which was a bummer. It took a while for the customer service rep to get back to me, but when she did, she was pretty fair and got things sorted out quickly. She gave me a refund and threw in an extra item as an apology for the trouble. My only complaint is that the return policy seems a little misleading. You pay for a whole month but you have to send your stuff back by the original ship date, so it feels like you're losing out on a whole week of wearing the clothes.

    Horrible customer service takes them hours to fix problems, they ignore all the issues never got replacement for missing item , never ever give refunds

    Agree Gene! It’s garbage from China. Don’t trust the positive reviews. It’s a scam!!
