    I received notification from my bank of $10.00 being taken. I questioned it and they said i was the one who did it. I asked them to cancel it so it didnt hsppen again, but they said they couldnt. I would have to delete my own account. Problem is i dont have an account and the game is not on my phone. So how do i make sure this doesnt happen again? Well, they dont know.     Hello All,

    Please be AWARE, this site might NOT be legit. It has some good reviews but when I dig deeper I am NERVOUS. We ordered (2) dresses in a Size 8 and Size 10 on May 5, 2021, for an event date of May 22, 2021.

    We did this because the customer service robot chat person told us since my daughter was between sizes we should CUSTOM order - we WOULD have done this if it was to be here on time BUT, custom orders take 7-10 to make then 7-14 to ship. We paid extra for express shipping and ordered 2 sizes to be sure due to the return policy. BUT, I am reading they do not honor that policy and do not return the monies for said dresses despite us being clear in our order notes! EEEEEK!!! I am panicked for my pandemic graduate who is getting her first and only Prom now at the last minute and now may not have a dress!!!!!

    My order was $338.00 - it said I was to get 15% off and free shipping/returns and to ship within 24 hours (dress sizes both in stock) with an arrival date of May 15. To date, they took $338 - no discount and I paid for express shipping. Monies are out of our account already and we still have NO ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. And, every time I call there is NO ANSWER, NO RETURN CALL! I really just would like an answer and an assurance the dress will arrive on time or money returned, if not and we would understand. PLEASE HELP!!!!

    They have false advertising for fast delivery and easy returns.
    Delivery was definitely not fast and I am getting the run around on trying to return the dresses that did not arrive in time for my event. Also bought dresses for more than one person and I am told they do not encourage buying multiple in different sizes and is against policy. What?!
    Return shipping to China is on you and they try to exhaust you so that you get frustrated and don't even bother sending things back. It's pretty sickening and time consuming.
    Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else!

    I really wish I would've known that it still hasn't came and the reason I ordered a dress off here is bc it said over night at most 2+3 days it's been four and the deadline for the event is in a couple days and still hasn't came

    Lace Long Bridesmaid Dress

    My husband bought this dress for me, and it was literally everything we both could have wanted in this dress. The top bodice is nicely fitted to the upper body and is made of a stretchy fabric. So it has some nice give and movement. It is beautiful lace. The bottom flows so nicely, and the color looks so close to what we saw on our computer screen (which is often not the case). It is a beautiful deep hunter green (at least that is what we call the color). It is so nice when both my husband and I love a particular dress on me, and this one is beautiful. I will warn you that the seems in the lace from the shoulders to breast area are slightly noticeable (just like the pictures show online), but the dress is so beautiful and so well fitted that my husband said that others looking don't notice them at all (I am a detail person and notice everything). FYI, he ordered this in both the deep green and deep purple to see which one I would like better. He loved them both so much on me (and the purple was absolutely gorgeous), but I truly only needed one dress and since my favorite color is green and I actually did have another dress in purple, we decided that I would keep the green. But anyone who loves that deep purple, I highly recommend it, and with the purple one, the seems that I referred to before seemed actually less noticeable.

    Were you allowed to return the dress that you did not like, on their website it is saying that I cannot order multiple items and return one of them?

    Mine still hasn't came after four days and it said smt abt cast shipping 2-3 days at most it's been four and I have homecoming dance coming up and still no dress Idk how to track it can anyone give me advice?!

    One Blouse and Three Dresses

    Before ordering, I read reviews of the company. Most were positive. I was pleased with the ease of ordering. These items would be shipped from China. Therefore, the wait for arrival would be longer than normally anticipated. Ordered on April 26, the items were shipped separately and began arriving in mid May, with the last today, June 24. I commend the company for notifying me when items were shipped and providing me with the tracking numbers.

    However, there are two reasons I will not order from the company again: the most important is that the garments are sized for thin women--small bosoms and hips. I ordered sizes one to three times what I would for merchandise made in the United States. None fit properly. Nor was I pleased with the fabric of some. While descriptions are accurate, the quality of the fabric itself for three items does not meet my expectations.

    I would recommend this company to anyone with a lean frame who may not have a need or expectation for quality cotton blend material. I will not return the items since I would have to pay for shipping and instead, will mark the expense of the merchandise (thankfully relatively inexpensive) as the cost to learn a lesson about purchasing clothing internationally.

    Even if you're thin, like me, they do not fit and are very cheaply made. So disappointed,

    I just recently opened my pkg with 6 items I ordered . I was at hospital for many days and was looking forward to seeing purchases. Only opened a few they were cheapest material I have ever received in clothing ordered. I normally only wear a large sand then that size is usually big on me. Ordered a ex-large in all items they were all going to be to small. Not US sizes not sure where they are made. No phone number not a good indication of a reliable business. Submitted my return request today willbb be wait a few days for my return information in an email. If I do not get promptly I will contact better business bureau or any other ways available to me to get my money back.     OK guys I too was scammed by one of these sites which are everywhere now, and so so tempting. I contacted my bank and disputed the charge I received every penny back.

    Here’s the thing… whoever designs these online clothing items is sooooo talented because I absolutely love their designs! What a pity their quality control and customer service people are lacking . I would love to order, but because of their company’s incompetence , I will not allow myself to be ... in to this bad business scam. Thanks to all of you who have posted your experiences.     Cheaply made, and I ordered small and they were WAY TO BIG! I requested a return label and was informed I had to pay return shipping to China! Due to the expense they offered a 25% discount if I kept the dresses. Rather than send them back I accepted the 25% discount…which I’ve now received yet. Spread the word that this company is a fraud!!!

    I believe this is one company with a whole bunch of different names. Their name changes often but it's the same SCAM - beyond poor quality clothing and sizing is a nightmare. Of course if you even get the merchandise you ordered and need to send it back for any reason, the international shipping cost is up to you - usually more than you initially paid for the clothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY OF THESE COMPANIES. Look at the bottom of the listing. See if they have any contact info besides an email address. There is usually no address or phone number and, if you notice, the email addresses are usually the same for all these SCAM sites. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THESE COMPANIES. MAYBE THEY'LL GO AWAY OR MAKE GOOD QUALITY CLOTHING BUT I THINK THEY JUST THINK WE'RE SUCKERS.

    One dress did not look like the item I thought I was purchasing. Material was cheap, seam was showing on the back down the middle of the dress. The shirt was stitched inside out. They were on the outside where the graphic was. Poorly made. Would not recommend at all.

    NO!!!!! Items described as "cotton blend" were 100% polyester - 70s style polyester - gross and ICKY!!!! Items were HUGE! As others have said - you cannot return as it will be so costly - I am not even going to donate these to goodwill -I'm putting them in my trash can as it's been such a horrible and costly experience. Also, as others have written - they are not even sewn correctly.

Just that it's sent from China and should take 15 to 25 days. I told them it has already been over a month and just wanted to know the status. No response but did received the order a week later.     The items look better online than in person. If using the size charts as recommended by BelleLily, please know they are not accurate. I ordered two shirts of the same size and one was too big while the other was too small. And don't think you can return the item(s) if you aren't completely satisfied because that will not happen. If you want cheap clothing that looks okay and are willing to take a chance on the sizing, then go for it. As for me, I will not be donating anymore of my money to them.     My credit card was charged almost $300 on May 15 for an order I placed the day before. I received an email that the item would ship by May 22. On May 24, I contacted them to ask what the actual ship date was. Sarah with Home Shopping Malls/Totally Furniture said that the manufacturing company was experiencing delays due to limited warehouse staff but would get it out as soon as they could. No one ever answers the phone when you call, so email is the only method of communication. When I spoke to the manufacturing company directly, they told me that the issue is not with limited warehouse staff, but that the Totally Furniture website had "overpromised" the item (i.e. stated the item was in stock when it, in fact, was not). According to them, it wouldn't be ready to ship for another until 2 weeks. I contacted Sarah again and demanded a full refund, including the $40 they charged for shipping. I asked that her supervisor reply to my email. I expect that the situation will only get worse from here. I can't think of anything else to do to hold this rediculous company accountable for their actions!!

    I purchased a desk for my granddaughters birthday. The wrong desk was delivered. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that it would take several days to get a response from the manufacturer regarding returning the wrong product. A week later I received an email that it would be approximately another month before the correct desk would be shipped to me. This company needs to improve their customer service skills. An error like this should have been expedited to have it resolved as soon as possible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I suggest that you, and Everyone Else that has tried to do business with TotallyFurniture.com (Home Shopping Malls, INC) submit their frustrations to bbb.org. Before purchasing from them, I searched "Totally Furniture Florida" and all I have been reading is bad review after bad review. bbb.org is your best bet at getting their attention!!! Glad I did my research... when a price is too good to be true, there's a reason! Good Luck!

    I placed my order for a desk and hutch combo on May 3rd with a shipment date of June 15th. On June 29th, I sent an e-mail requesting a refund or immediate delivery. The response was shortage of employees with a shipment date of August 4th. I sent an e-mail this morning to see if this is on schedule. I continue to await their response.

    3 orders close to $500

    I placed 3 orders between April 21,2020 and April 24, 2020. They have been setting in "packaging" since April 24, 2020. I have emailed and all I get is they will get them out ASAP. Their website staes 3 to 7 business days. Today is May 9, 2020. Do not buy from these people, you won't get what you ordered.
