15 ft trampoline purchase
I just bought a 15 ft trampoline for my grandsons and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. This thing is solidly built and tough, which is great for my super active grandkids. But, putting it together hit a couple snags because of some missing pole caps and a bent pole. Luckily, the customer service team was on it and fixed everything up fast. They kept me in the loop with updates on the missing parts and tracking numbers to keep an eye on things. Their service was top-notch, and it turned the whole situation around for me.
Trampoline purchase
I wasn't sure about buying a trampoline from here at first, but let me tell you, Ivy's customer service totally changed my mind! Ivy really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It's not every day you come across someone so dedicated and professional, so I was really impressed. Trampoline purchase
The trampoline we got is seriously awesome. It's the highlight of our backyard now, and our kid loves it. Putting it together was a breeze (only took 1.5 hours for the 8ft trampoline), and it's given us a ton of fun family time. We've used it for all kinds of things, like drawing with chalk and playing with bubbles, balloons, and pit balls. It's become a must-have item for us, super versatile.
12ft trampoline with basketball hoop
I just got a 12-foot trampoline with a hoop back in December. When I finally set it up in February, I saw some damage on the basketball rim. I contacted customer service, and they got back to me within a day and fixed the problem real quick. Their speedy response and awesome customer service really blew me away.
Indoor trampoline
This indoor trampoline is seriously top-notch. It was a piece of cake to put together - took us less than an hour. The kids were bouncing around in no time, having a blast indoors and avoiding the crazy summer heat.
Awesome trampoline
Wow, I'm completely blown away by this trampoline! It was a breeze to assemble and they even included gloves. This trampoline is incredibly safe and sturdy! The bounce is absolutely awesome. Plus, they threw in some non-slip socks, which is so cool. I'm definitely recommending this to all my friends!
