Faulty item return
I bought something that turned out to be messed up, and trying to return it has been a total headache. Even though their rules say you can return stuff for any reason, they've been dragging their feet for almost a whole month. It's been a hassle just to get them to send me a return label for the item.

I just wanted to tell you that I bought a pair of shoes from your company and I am really happy with them. They are super comfy and don't make my feet tired at all, even after wearing them all day. Efficient but outdated
The interface was so clunky and didn't have good ergonomics, which made it really tough to input even simple information. It felt like it was from forever ago, taking forever to even type things out. The word processor was weird and kind of strange, with these basic tables that you couldn't even edit or add to. I started using this product after my old one shut down. On the bright side, it was pretty steady and reliable, had some cool features like tags, recurring tasks, alarms, and the ability to access notes. But I never bothered using it for email.
