I ordered 7 dresses from that website my mom saw on Facebook because they looked so pretty in the photos. But when we got them, they were super disappointing! They didn't have any labels or tags, and the fabric was gross. We were both really upset and frustrated!

Palm Beach has the most amazing eye cream and moisturizer! I've tried a ton of other brands, but nothing makes my skin feel as great as these products do. The eye cream gets rid of puffiness and dark circles, and the moisturizer leaves my skin feeling so soft and moisturized. And I really appreciate that they use natural ingredients in everything. It's definitely become my favorite skincare brand now!

Phone call purchase, impressed
I was so impressed by the customer service at this place. Can you believe someone actually answered the phone right away? And on top of that, I didn't have to wait long at all. The rep I talked to, Emily G, was amazing. She was super friendly and helpful, and she really knew her stuff. It felt more like talking to a friend than just a customer service person. It's not often you find service this good these days, but this company really knocked it out of the park.

Corded Stick Vacuum
I recently bought a corded stick vacuum from BLINQ and it turned out to be a really good purchase. It got here fast and in great shape. The price was fair and the vacuum works like a charm. It's light and simple to use, plus it has strong suction power. The filters are easy to take care of and the canister is a breeze to empty. The only downside is that it doesn't stand on its own, unlike my old vacuum, but honestly, we don't really care since it's lighter that way. All in all, we're really happy with our purchase.

I got a dress from this company not too long ago, and man, let me tell you, it was a major letdown. The quality was total garbage and the customer service was a joke. I placed my order but never got it. When I finally reached out to them three weeks later, they tell me my order was canceled without even giving me a heads up. Ever since they switched owners, their whole game is off. Plus, I noticed that every time they had a sale, they'd jack up the prices before, which just ain't right. No way I'm giving them my business again.

Projector
I just bought a projector from this company, but when it arrived, the box was empty and damaged. I reached out to customer service right away and sent them all the proof they asked for, like pictures and footage from my camera. But all I got back were generic emails. When I tried to sort things out, they just told me to go to the police. It's really frustrating that they won't own up to their mistake, and it worries me.

Reception dress
I just bought my reception dress from this company and I gotta say, I was super let down by the whole ordeal. They told me it would be delivered to the UK in February, but I didn't get it until after I bugged them a bunch of times. And then, to make things worse, the package was marked as commercial, so I had to fork over a ton of duty tax even though I already paid for shipping. Like, how is one dress considered commercial? The fact that they weren't upfront and wouldn't chat with me is just not cool at all. I tried contacting them for an explanation, but no one ever got back to me. It's totally unprofessional and doesn't look good for their rep. I feel like they totally took advantage of me, and I'd tell anyone else to really think about buying from them.
