Projector purchase
My experience with the customer service at this store was really frustrating. I had to shell out my own money for returns, and when I brought back two projectors, they only refunded me for one. The lack of communication and follow-through from the customer service team was just not cool.

Christmas gift purchase
I recently bought a Christmas present for my daughter from this company. It took a little longer to get here than I thought, but luckily it arrived just in time for the holidays. I did have a bit of a scare though when I checked my account and saw a picture of the package supposedly delivered, but in the photo, all I saw was a dark background with no package in sight. I started freaking out, thinking I was scammed. I didn't waste any time and reached out to customer service right away. Thankfully, they got back to me quickly with tracking information from Royal Mail. The package ended up being delivered the very next day. Even though the delivery situation was confusing, I have to give a shoutout to the amazing customer service I got. The package came in perfect condition and the quality of the gift was even better than I expected. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and how the company helped me out.

Gym app for tracking workouts
The gym app I downloaded to track my workouts has been super helpful in keeping me on top of my fitness goals. I really like how it shows me my progress over time, which motivates me to keep pushing myself. Plus, the personalized workout plans it gives me have really helped me get stronger and improve my fitness levels.

Rental refund issue
I had a really bad experience with a rental company I found on this website. When I tried to get a refund for a rental I couldn't even use, they gave me a hard time and made me file a formal complaint just to try to get my money back. They asked for way more personal info than they needed for a regular rental, which made me suspicious. Even though I tried to talk to them about getting a refund, they said no and I felt like the company was just trying to rip me off.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this company. Everything from placing my order to getting my items has been smooth and easy. The stuff I've bought has always been top-notch and exactly what I was looking for. Just made another purchase and, as usual, I was super happy with it.
