Delayed Arrival
I was really disappointed with the service, to be honest. I waited a whole extra week for my package to arrive, and it left me feeling annoyed and unsure. They blamed it on customs, but I had to keep bothering customer service just to check on it, which was a pain. All in all, the whole thing was a letdown and I was hoping for better.
Clothing items
I bought some clothes from your store not too long ago and I gotta say, I had a pretty good experience. The stuff I got was just what I was looking for and I found them at the best price compared to other places. The quality of the items was on point and they got to me pretty quickly, it only took about a week for them to show up at my door. My only complaint would be that I had to pay for shipping, I usually like it better when online deliveries are free.
Super cute backpack
Oh my gosh, I was super pumped to finally receive my new backpack, but turns out it's being shipped all the way from Europe and it's taking forever to get here. I've been waiting for 4 weeks and it still hasn't shown up! Not cool at all.

I just wanted to share that I made a pricy purchase on Kidinn not too long ago, but my order ended up getting lost during shipping. I tried reaching out to both Kidinn and the courier service, but neither of them could find my package. Even though I kept trying to get help from customer support, I didn't get any assistance and they totally ignored me for weeks. Dealing with all of this has been super frustrating and really disappointing.

Christmas gift purchase
I recently bought a Christmas present for my daughter from this company. It took a little longer to get here than I thought, but luckily it arrived just in time for the holidays. I did have a bit of a scare though when I checked my account and saw a picture of the package supposedly delivered, but in the photo, all I saw was a dark background with no package in sight. I started freaking out, thinking I was scammed. I didn't waste any time and reached out to customer service right away. Thankfully, they got back to me quickly with tracking information from Royal Mail. The package ended up being delivered the very next day. Even though the delivery situation was confusing, I have to give a shoutout to the amazing customer service I got. The package came in perfect condition and the quality of the gift was even better than I expected. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and how the company helped me out.
Cheap and good quality finds
I found so many amazing things for such a great price, I was shocked at how good the deals were! At first, I was a little skeptical about the quality due to the low prices, but I took a chance anyways. And let me tell you, I'm so happy that I did! Fischertechnik construction kit
I got a fischertechnik construction kit from this place, and honestly, I have some mixed feelings about it. The delivery was super quick, which was awesome, but when I opened the box, I noticed it was a little scratched up. Not a big deal since it was for me, but still a bit annoying. And then, to top it off, the manual inside was torn a tad. Seems like the vendor wasn't too careful with it. Despite these little issues, I have to say I'm pretty happy with my purchase. I was able to snag this amazing kit that was only available in certain stores, and I got it at a great price too.
Birthday present for twins
I ordered a birthday present for my friend's twins from your online store, but it hasn't arrived yet. The delivery was supposed to be between March 29th and April 1st, today is April 5th, and I'm still waiting. I tried using the chat function for help, but after waiting for an hour, I haven't heard back from a real person. Their birthday is tomorrow, so now I have to go out early in the morning to find another present, even though I already spent a lot of money on the original order.
Minnie Mouse Scooter purchase.
I got this Minnie Mouse Scooter from them and let me tell you, it was amazing! The company was great with communication from the get-go. My scooter arrived through royal mail and it was in perfect condition. The quality of the product was excellent, no complaints at all. It only took about 5 days from ordering to delivery. I was a bit hesitant at first about using this company, but now I totally trust them and would definitely purchase from them again. Thanks for the awesome scooter!

I just bought this really cool Monster High doll from an online shop and I gotta say, I'm so happy with how everything went down. Non-delivery issue
I'm pretty annoyed about my recent order because I never got the item, even though I paid £179.00 for it. They said I'd only get a refund when they got the package back, but it's been months and no refund or product. I'm really upset with how they're handling this - feels like I've lost a lot of money for nothing. Also, I think the good reviews on their site might be fake because they're poorly written. Makes me doubt if they're trustworthy.

We just got a Bobike GO Helmet in XXS for our one-year-old and we couldn't be happier. It fits really well and it's super easy to adjust so our little one stays safe and comfortable. We were so relieved to find the right size and color online, because these helmets are always sold out around here. The matte finish looks really nice and the color is just perfect. Imported item delivery
Although there were a few worries from reviews, I was pretty happy with how my imported item was delivered. It did come a little later than I was hoping for, about three days to be exact. But since it traveled a long distance to get to me, I didn't think it was that big of a deal. The delivery went smoothly and without any issues, so I was satisfied with the whole experience.
Birthday present mishap
I got this really awesome birthday present for my son from this website, but they totally messed up and sent me something completely different! It's like they didn't even bother to double-check before sending it out. My poor son was super disappointed because it took forever to get here and then it wasn't even the right thing. I reached out to customer service and they took forever to get back to me. They told me I had to send it back and then they'd send the correct item. Ugh, why can't they just send the right one now? I don't have time to go back and forth, all I want is for my son to have his birthday gift. I guess I'll have to find a different store next time, one that's more dependable.
Childrens clothes
I have now waited for 6 months for my order, and they won´t refund me. The customer service is telling me to be patient. Stay away.
