Birthday present mishap
I got this really awesome birthday present for my son from this website, but they totally messed up and sent me something completely different! It's like they didn't even bother to double-check before sending it out. My poor son was super disappointed because it took forever to get here and then it wasn't even the right thing. I reached out to customer service and they took forever to get back to me. They told me I had to send it back and then they'd send the correct item. Ugh, why can't they just send the right one now? I don't have time to go back and forth, all I want is for my son to have his birthday gift. I guess I'll have to find a different store next time, one that's more dependable.
