Fast cross-border delivery
I was actually really surprised by how quickly my order showed up, especially since it had to come from another country. The stuff I got was top-notch quality, even better than I thought it would be. Plus, when I decided to add something else to my order, they shipped it out the same day. I was really impressed with how smooth everything went, and I totally suggest this service to anyone. Don't worry about where the items are coming from, because the delivery is super quick.

Delayed delivery, poor customer service
What a complete nightmare ordering from this place online! I placed my order on 11/24 and didn't get my makeup until 12/19. The customer service was just awful - they were no help at all and impossible to contact. I tried to cancel my order but had no success. And on top of all that, when my package finally came, the free gift that was supposed to be included was missing! So disappointing. I'm definitely not buying from this website again. I can easily get the same makeup from other places, like Jones Street!
