RTA and screwdriver set
I just bought an RTA and a set of screwdrivers from this store. The shipping was super fast, showed up in like 2 weeks. The stuff was exactly what they said it would be, and I was happy with how good it was. I did have to double-check the prices to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off, but turns out they had some awesome deals and things for sale. All in all, I had a good time buying from them.

Custom driver purchase
I bought a custom driver from this company not too long ago, and I was pretty bummed when it got a crack in the face after less than 2 years of use. I tried contacting customer support for some help, but they weren't willing to assist me without a receipt, which I couldn't locate. Even after I sent them pictures of the crack, they didn't do anything to fix the problem. I'm really let down by their lack of responsibility and their less-than-stellar support.

Oversized Hoodie
I bought an oversized hoodie from this place not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. Like seriously, the website didn't even bother letting me know that the prices were in American dollars, so I ended up getting charged way more than I thought. I even made sure to ask if there was a Canadian site available, and they told me the prices were easy to find. Turns out, they were practically invisible at the bottom left corner of the page in super tiny print. That kind of sneaky business is just not cool with me, and I definitely won't be coming back to shop here again.

I ordered two pairs of amazing Demonia shoes from here and I was really nervous because I heard some people say they had issues getting their orders. Returned order
I wanna tell you about this order I made that just ended up being a total letdown. I had to send it back, and even though the tracking number says it got back on September 18th, I still haven't seen a refund for a lot of money yet. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, both through chat and messaging, but all they keep saying is to be patient and that they're looking into it. It's October 5th now and I haven't heard anything about my refund. This whole thing has been super frustrating and kind of feels like a scam. I'm even thinking about getting my credit card company involved to try to fix this mess. Customer service really needs to step up their game because this lack of communication and action just isn't cutting it. I'd advise others to watch out before dealing with this.

Pescatarian food, fresh salads, breakfasts
The Pescatarian food from Nutrition for Longevity is fresh, healthy, and tasty for sure. I really like having a nice fresh salad for lunch every day because it's easy and good for me. But, I've noticed that some of the breakfast options they send me aren't really my favorite, and I keep getting the same meals in my deliveries. It would be great if we could choose our meals each week from a bigger selection to make it more personalized. Even with that small issue, the food is always good quality, and they do a good job making yummy and healthy meals. Also, I've noticed that sometimes when UPS delivers the food box, the drivers handle it pretty roughly, turning it all over the place. This has messed up the food inside a bit, so maybe they should put a "this side up" message on the boxes to avoid that in the future. Despite those things, I think the good parts of Nutrition for Longevity's service are better than the bad, so I'll keep using them for my diet.

I am so upset about my experience. I paid extra for next day delivery for my son's birthday gift and it hasn't arrived yet. On top of that, they haven't responded to any of my emails. I just can't believe it. This kind of service is not okay and it makes me mad that they're still in business.

When I went to the store, Karen was super helpful and knew her stuff about the products. I was really impressed with her positive attitude and how she was able to give me advice on what would be best for my skin. The cleansers and moisturizers I bought were so awesome and have really helped my skin. I was also excited to score some good deals that let me grab all my must-haves. All in all, I had a great time shopping at the store.
