Halfway through showing these to my friend (she’d found them on Insta), I noticed the cheap finish and the clasp wobble — not great. Delivery was late and customer service was slow, but they’re wearable for quick outings.
Not quite as pictured
I almost didn't buy these — photos looked too perfect. Figured I'd try anyway. They turned out alright for casual wear, not the classy look shown, and the package arrived late. Still, not a total waste overall though.
Liked the feel, returns messy
I actually spotted this on a friend's feed and thought I'd try it. The item itself feels solid and I like the weight, not cheap. Problem is returns. Day it arrived I asked to send it back and got a canned email that basically said 'keep it.' Support then went radio silent when I mentioned another reason. I'm still stuck with it. Useful product, but customer service needs work, really.
Opened it and wasn't feeling it
Right after I opened it I knew it wasn't for me — feels cheaper than photos, stiff in the hands and the finish has tiny scuffs I didn't expect. Tried it a few days, it works okay but not the comfort I wanted. Asked support to take it back the day it arrived and then got brushed off. I've had smoother returns with other brands, so that part's frustrating
White pearl necklace
I ordered a white pearl necklace, but when it showed up, it was gray! Can you believe that? I always thought pearls only came in white, but turns out there are different shades. The customer service rep tried telling me there was nothing wrong with it, which I thought was pretty unfair. And then I had to pay to ship it back. Not cool, Huge Tomato! I generally like their stuff, but this whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying from them!
Earrings order
I ordered a pair of earrings, but when they arrived, they were the wrong color. Luckily, the customer service team was amazing and let me order a new pair at no cost. They really went above and beyond. Great service!
