Moissanite pendant purchase
I gotta say, that moissanite pendant I got from this place? It was absolutely gorgeous. And let me tell you, it came in this stunning red box that just made the whole experience even more exciting. The quality of the pendant? Top-notch, no doubt about it. I was so blown away that I couldn't resist getting another one for my sister. This ain't my first time shopping here, and as always, I was more than happy with my purchase. If you're on the hunt for some top-quality jewelry that's gonna knock your socks off, I highly recommend giving this place a try.
Earring purchase
I got some earrings from this store not too long ago and, well, they turned out to be smaller than I was expecting. But let me tell you, the service I got from this lady named Anna totally made up for it. She really went out of her way to help me out and even gave me a different pair as a replacement, all for free. I was really happy about that. It's good to see that they really care about their customers and making sure they're happy.

I just got a new rainbow earring to replace the one with a little issue. It came in the mail on 11/16/2022. I wanna give a shoutout to their customer service for sending me a new one so quickly. Jewelry set purchase
The jewelry set I bought was absolutely gorgeous! It had a necklace, bracelet, and earrings that were so shiny and sparkly. I was a little disappointed though because there wasn't any info about the jewelry or a picture like the ad showed. But all in all, I was really pleased with my purchase.

Christmas gift sets
I ordered some Christmas gift sets back in late November, thinking I'd get them in time for the holiday. Turns out they didn't show up until early January. My friends had zilch to open on Christmas day, which was a real letdown. And on top of that, I ordered two sets but they only shipped them in one box. All in all, a total bummer. When I complained about it, they offered me a 40% discount on my next purchase, but I'm not gonna do that.

I purchased these as an option for my wedding. I knew Huge Tomato had a 30 day return/refund policy which is why I decided to try them. Once I got them, the pearl was too big for my look and I've been trying to return them ever since. Customer support is unresponsive and the return policy is a joke. You have to get someone from customer support to send you return instructions which is impossible since they won't respond.
