White pearl necklace
I ordered a white pearl necklace, but when it showed up, it was gray! Can you believe that? I always thought pearls only came in white, but turns out there are different shades. The customer service rep tried telling me there was nothing wrong with it, which I thought was pretty unfair. And then I had to pay to ship it back. Not cool, Huge Tomato! I generally like their stuff, but this whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying from them!
Earrings order
I ordered a pair of earrings, but when they arrived, they were the wrong color. Luckily, the customer service team was amazing and let me order a new pair at no cost. They really went above and beyond. Great service!

I was really let down by the gold-plated earrings I bought from that store. They made my ears itch and hurt after just 2 minutes of wearing them. On top of that, it took forever for the delivery to arrive. It was disappointing to find out they were actually made of nickel, which I'm allergic to. I ordered some Christmas gift sets back in late November, thinking I'd get them in time for the holiday. Turns out they didn't show up until early January. My friends had zilch to open on Christmas day, which was a real letdown. And on top of that, I ordered two sets but they only shipped them in one box. All in all, a total bummer. When I complained about it, they offered me a 40% discount on my next purchase, but I'm not gonna do that.

I just got a new rainbow earring to replace the one with a little issue. It came in the mail on 11/16/2022. I wanna give a shoutout to their customer service for sending me a new one so quickly. I've had nothing but great experiences with this company. Everything from placing my order to getting my items has been smooth and easy. Pearl Dangle Earrings Dangle Diamond Earrings Dangling Earrings for Women
I purchased these as an option for my wedding. I knew Huge Tomato had a 30 day return/refund policy which is why I decided to try them. Once I got them, the pearl was too big for my look and I've been trying to return them ever since. Customer support is unresponsive and the return policy is a joke. You have to get someone from customer support to send you return instructions which is impossible since they won't respond.
Very, very disappointed in this company and lack of assistance to customers.
