The bracelet I bought for kids was way too small, it seemed like it was made for a 7-year-old! I was super bummed about the size and felt like I didn't get my money's worth. Plus, they didn't give me any info on how to return it or get a refund, so now I'm left feeling confused and annoyed. I definitely won't be shopping at that store again.
Moissanite pendant purchase
I gotta say, that moissanite pendant I got from this place? It was absolutely gorgeous. And let me tell you, it came in this stunning red box that just made the whole experience even more exciting. The quality of the pendant? Top-notch, no doubt about it. I was so blown away that I couldn't resist getting another one for my sister. This ain't my first time shopping here, and as always, I was more than happy with my purchase. I got some earrings from this store not too long ago and, well, they turned out to be smaller than I was expecting. But let me tell you, the service I got from this lady named Anna totally made up for it. She really went out of her way to help me out and even gave me a different pair as a replacement, all for free. I was really happy about that. It's good to see that they really care about their customers and making sure they're happy.

Gold-plated earrings
I was really let down by the gold-plated earrings I bought from that store. They made my ears itch and hurt after just 2 minutes of wearing them. On top of that, it took forever for the delivery to arrive. It was disappointing to find out they were actually made of nickel, which I'm allergic to. The label said gold-plated, but it turned out to be fake jewelry.

Christmas gift sets
I ordered some Christmas gift sets back in late November, thinking I'd get them in time for the holiday. Turns out they didn't show up until early January. My friends had zilch to open on Christmas day, which was a real letdown. And on top of that, I ordered two sets but they only shipped them in one box. All in all, a total bummer. When I complained about it, they offered me a 40% discount on my next purchase, but I'm not gonna do that.

I just got a new rainbow earring to replace the one with a little issue. It came in the mail on 11/16/2022. I wanna give a shoutout to their customer service for sending me a new one so quickly. I purchased these as an option for my wedding. I knew Huge Tomato had a 30 day return/refund policy which is why I decided to try them. Once I got them, the pearl was too big for my look and I've been trying to return them ever since. Customer support is unresponsive and the return policy is a joke. You have to get someone from customer support to send you return instructions which is impossible since they won't respond.
