I ordered some Christmas gift sets back in late November, thinking I'd get them in time for the holiday. Turns out they didn't show up until early January. My friends had zilch to open on Christmas day, which was a real letdown. And on top of that, I ordered two sets but they only shipped them in one box. All in all, a total bummer. When I complained about it, they offered me a 40% discount on my next purchase, but I'm not gonna do that.

Replacement rainbow earring
I just got a new rainbow earring to replace the one with a little issue. It came in the mail on 11/16/2022. I wanna give a shoutout to their customer service for sending me a new one so quickly. Huge Tomato always impresses me with their stuff and service. I'm a happy customer and I'll definitely keep buying from them. Go Huge Tomato!

I purchased these as an option for my wedding. I knew Huge Tomato had a 30 day return/refund policy which is why I decided to try them. Once I got them, the pearl was too big for my look and I've been trying to return them ever since. Customer support is unresponsive and the return policy is a joke. You have to get someone from customer support to send you return instructions which is impossible since they won't respond.
