I found out about this company from some friends who recommended it, and I have to say, the whole experience was really great. I couldn't make it to my appointment, but the staff had no issue with my wife going instead, which was really nice of them. They were super professional and made everything go smoothly from checking out my car to signing the papers, all in just about 20 minutes. The whole process was simple and easy, and I was really happy with the value I got for my car. I can't say enough how happy I am with the service I got.

So I went to sell my car today and there was this guy, his name is Chris. He was really friendly and explained everything clearly. He gave me a good deal and it didn't take long at all. Car evaluation
I went to get my car checked out and the people there were so serious and all business-like. They were following all the rules and stuff, which got on my nerves at first. But then the guy there explained why they needed to deduct some money from the original price they quoted me. I guess it made sense in the end.
Misleading online figure
Mo, the staff member, was super helpful and gave me his honest opinion, which I really liked. But, the estimate we got online wasn't on the money compared to the final offer we got. We ended up losing out on about $1,500 from what we thought we'd be getting, which was a bummer. On top of that, the website didn't clearly say there was a £99.99 admin fee, so we were surprised when it came out of our final payout. It would have been way better if all the fees and deductions were upfront from the get-go before we agreed to sell.

Car selling experience
I went to this car buying service recently to sell my car and it was a total waste of time. I had used them before with no problem, but this time was a disaster. I got a bunch of emails with different prices, so I decided to take my car in to see how much they would offer. The guy at the office was not professional at all, he just kept mumbling and complaining about the weather. When he finally told me the offer, it was way too low - way lower than what another place had offered me. I left there feeling like I had just wasted my time and ended up selling my car easily at a different place for more money. And to top it off, they later sent me another offer that was only half of what they offered me at the office. Can you believe that? It was just crazy!
