Browsing the website was so easy. The online estimate was right on the money because I described the scratches clearly. Alan at the depot was great to work with - super friendly and straight to the point. The price they offered was actually better than what the competition gave me.
Easy purchase but unexpected fees
Selling my car was a breeze, I met up with this guy Dave who was super cool and broke everything down for me. I was stoked with how everything went. But then they spring this £49.99 admin fee and another fee for transferring the money to my account on me! Seriously, what's up with that? Not cool at all. It definitely put a downer on the whole thing. And I never saw anything about these charges before our meeting, not cool, man.
