Defective wool rug
I bought a wool rug from you not long ago, but it turned out to be really defective. Even though I took good care of it and used wool cleaners like recommended, the rug still got seriously yellowed and stained. It's disappointing because I've bought wool rugs from you before with no problems. It's not right that this new rug became unusable so quickly. When I contacted your customer service team about it, they didn't seem to care much and basically said tough luck. I'm really not happy with how this was handled and it makes me regret buying from you.

Star Trek merchandise purchase
The products I got were really top-notch. I bought two Star Trek Captain jumpsuits and two Star Trek Voyager Communicator Badges, and I couldn't be happier with them. The price I paid was a steal for the quality I got. The only hiccup was the shipping time – I paid for 5-7 day shipping, but it took about 3 weeks to get to me. The customer service folks were on it though, and they quickly offered to refund the shipping cost, which was cool of them. Next time, I'll just make sure to order earlier to avoid any shipping surprises.

Their website is always super easy to use and get around on, which makes ordering a breeze. And not only do they have what I need, but they get it to me right on time without any problems. Delivery time, Mexico mail options
I recently bought stuff from this site and everything's awesome, but I gotta let you know something important for anyone else thinking about ordering from Mexico. There's two ways your stuff can get shipped - regular ol' mail or Mexpost. If you go with regular mail, it could take forever, like weeks or even months to get your package. But if you choose Mexpost, you'll have your order in about 2 weeks tops. So, if you're in a rush to get your stuff, go with Mexpost and cough up a little extra for the speedier delivery. Trust me, it's worth it.

A missing item in my shipment
I'm just shocked by the terrible customer service I got from this company. I ordered something and it came without a key part. I tried emailing multiple times but got no response or solution. I even tried the live chat, but they were rude and unhelpful. It's crazy to me that a company can treat their customers like that and not own up to their mistakes.

I just bought a Velvetiser from this place, and let me tell you, the service was top-notch. They had so many flavors to pick from that it was hard to decide which one to try first with the Velvetiser. I can't wait to finally kick back and savor a yummy, velvetised chocolate drink.
