The customer service at this store is just awful! I had a problem with a delivery that didn't make it, so my package got sent back. It took them a whole month just to refund me for the stuff I bought, and on top of that, they kept the shipping fee! I was so let down and the whole experience was super frustrating.

The Fetal Doppler from this store is awesome! My spouse and I were so excited to listen to our little one's heartbeat. When we opened it up, we had a bit of trouble finding where our baby was, but once we did, it was amazing to hear the heartbeat so clearly. Using this device gave us such a comforting and happy feeling.

Practice exams for my science test
I got these practice tests for my science exam because I really wanted to make sure I was ready. But seriously, some of the questions were so random! Like, why are they asking me about unicorns on a science test? And a bunch of the questions were just copied from other tests, it felt like they were running out of fresh ideas or something. And I noticed a lot of misspelled words too, which made me question the accuracy of the answers. The explanations for the answers weren't that great either.

Travel backpack
I just ordered a travel backpack and man, I gotta say, it was a major letdown. The ordering part went pretty smoothly, but then it took over a week for the thing to show up in the USA. Super frustrating because I was counting on having that backpack for my upcoming trip. On top of that, the service was meh - no updates or notifications about the delay. And the price? Kinda steep compared to other backpacks out there. All in all, not happy with my experience and probably won't be buying from them again.
