Travel backpack
I just ordered a travel backpack and man, I gotta say, it was a major letdown. The ordering part went pretty smoothly, but then it took over a week for the thing to show up in the USA. Super frustrating because I was counting on having that backpack for my upcoming trip. On top of that, the service was meh - no updates or notifications about the delay. And the price? Kinda steep compared to other backpacks out there. All in all, not happy with my experience and probably won't be buying from them again.
Personalized backpack order
I ordered a personalized backpack, but got the wrong one - a cheaper version. I reached out to customer service to fix it, but it took a bunch of calls just to get them to send me a return label. The reps kept giving me false hope and wrong info. After a ton of calls, they told me the backpack I wanted was out of stock, yet they still hadn't given me my money back. I'm really let down by this shady company.
Late delivery
I ordered something and it seriously took forever to get to me. When I tried to get a refund, the customer service folks were super rude and not helpful in the slightest. They didn't even stick to their own policies! It was hands down the worst experience I've ever had.
