Recent Rewards Program Issue
I recently had a really bad experience with the rewards program at the store. I've been shopping there for a really long time and I always counted on the rewards system to give me some perks for my purchases. But towards the end of last year, I ran into a big problem - the system just wouldn't work for me. No matter what I did, I couldn't access my rewards points or account. I even tried different browsers, but all I got was a scary warning that the website wasn't safe. I was so frustrated that I reached out to customer service for help, only to be told they couldn't find my account. It was a major letdown and annoyance, especially since I've been a loyal customer for so long. It took so many tries and emails just to get a response, and forget about actually getting a solution to my problem. They really dropped the ball in addressing customer issues, and it was all just really disappointing. I really hope they step up their game with their systems and customer service so this doesn't happen again in the future.
