Recent purchase disappointment
I was pretty bummed about my most recent order from this store. I was buying two things for a special occasion, but after waiting two weeks, one of the items got canceled because they ran out of stock. The other item also didn't end up getting shipped, so I was left with nothing for my big event. It was a real letdown and now I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

Phone and smart watch purchase
I just bought a phone and a smart watch from this store. I picked the Aramex express shipping to get them fast, but they ended up sending them via registered Air mail instead. I got an email about it and I'm pretty disappointed. I paid extra for express shipping for a reason, and this just feels like a waste of money.

I had the best experience with this company! My old pup, who is 13 years old, is finally eating all her food thanks to their top-notch products. Sightseeing pass for London
I just got this sightseeing pass for London for a one-day trip and man, what a letdown. I booked three attractions but could only get into one - the big bus. When I showed up at the Tower of London and tried to hop on the uberboat, they said they weren't in cahoots with the sightseeing pass company. It was so aggravating and a total waste of my time and cash.

Quality shoes at a great price. The insole is really comfy. Ordering online is a breeze. And the customer service in-store is top-notch. They've got a wide range of styles for all kinds of events. Definitely one of my favorite brands.

Suit jacket and pants
I had the worst experience at the store in Asheville. I was there for 20 minutes and no one even bothered to help me, even though there were other customers who came in after me and got assistance before me. I ended up leaving and going to a different store where I was helped right away. I definitely won't be going back to that store again.

I just bought this amazing silk bedding set and let me tell you, the customer service rep, Alice, was an absolute gem. She really went out of her way to help me figure out the right size for my bedding. Alice was so nice and helpful the whole time, making sure my order was fixed and shipped quickly. I was truly blown away by how caring and attentive she was. And let me tell you, this silk bedding set is top-notch. It's super comfy and durable, way better than I expected. I am beyond happy with my purchase and how everything went down.

Hardcover book purchase for home library
I buy a ton of books for my home library, mostly hardcovers. I really care about the condition of the books, but I don't mind getting ex-library books as long as they still have the book jacket. Sadly, one of the books I got didn't come with the jacket, and when I contacted customer service about it, I was bummed to hear that they couldn't do anything to help me out.

Wow, I ran into a problem at checkout and the customer service folks were so awesome! It was my mistake, but they sent me an email right away with detailed instructions to fix it. And to top it off, Jason even replied to my follow-up email! I'm really blown away by the great customer service I got.

Liquor delivery
I ordered some booze to be delivered as a gift a few days back, and let me tell ya, the service was a total letdown. I told the person I was sending it to what time to expect it, but no one ever came through. I tried hitting up customer service through email, but I never got a response. And to top it off, a whole week later, my order was still listed on their site for delivery the previous week. That's just not cool, and I definitely wouldn't suggest using this service.
