Authentic and trendy clothes
I had a really great time shopping at this store recently. I'm currently in Germany and was so excited to find a place where I could get some really nice clothes that fit my style. They had a wide variety of options to choose from, making it super easy for me to find pieces I really liked. Since my purchase, I've gotten a lot of compliments from friends and family. The staff at the store were super friendly and made my shopping experience even better. I really liked the attention to detail in the design of the clothes, like the special button details on each piece. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be going back for more of their cool and unique clothes.

I bought some soccer cleats from this website a couple weeks ago thinking they'd arrive in 3-5 days. But man, was I bummed when it took way longer than that. It's been two weeks now and the tracking info still hasn't changed - it's still waiting to be collected.

Recent purchase disappointment
I was pretty bummed about my most recent order from this store. I was buying two things for a special occasion, but after waiting two weeks, one of the items got canceled because they ran out of stock. The other item also didn't end up getting shipped, so I was left with nothing for my big event. It was a real letdown and now I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

Phone and smart watch purchase
I just bought a phone and a smart watch from this store. I picked the Aramex express shipping to get them fast, but they ended up sending them via registered Air mail instead. I got an email about it and I'm pretty disappointed. I paid extra for express shipping for a reason, and this just feels like a waste of money.

Defective shoes
I bought a pair of shoes from your company not too long ago, but they were defective when they got here. I sent them back right away, but it's been over a week now and I still haven't gotten my refund. Dealing with customer service has been really frustrating and they haven't been very professional. They keep giving me different excuses for why my refund is taking so long, without actually solving the problem. I'm really disappointed with how little your team has been communicating with me and how unclear they've been about everything.

I had the worst experience at the store in Asheville. I was there for 20 minutes and no one even bothered to help me, even though there were other customers who came in after me and got assistance before me. I ended up leaving and going to a different store where I was helped right away. I definitely won't be going back to that store again.

I recently received a drawing of my dog that I can hang up in my home when she's no longer around. The whole process was quick and the artist really paid attention to what I asked for. Having this drawing will definitely bring me comfort once she's gone.
