Custom engagement ring
I recently bought a custom engagement ring and was kinda let down by how it turned out. My partner loved it and said yes, but the stone didn't really look like the picture online. In some light, it looked dull and gray, and though it sparkled in certain lighting, it was way darker than I thought it would be. Overall, the ring didn't look like what I was hoping for in terms of the stone's appearance.

Recently, I bought three Lionel original boxes from Trainz. Turns out, what I got wasn't what was promised. The boxes were supposed to be VG very Good according to TCA Standards, but in reality they had water stains and one was badly damaged with tape and water that needed fixing. Even though they were listed as VG very Good, they didn't live up to that. It's a bummer to get items that don't meet the expected standards.

When it comes to sending stuff back to this company, I suggest you hang on to that tracking number. I sent something back not too long ago and it's been three weeks now. They're saying they haven't gotten it yet and I still haven't been refunded. It's not even really about the money, it's more about the principle. If the tracking says it's on its way back, they should just give me my money back right away.
