I bought some briefs online, but they never arrived. I contacted the website customer service to see if they could send me something else instead, but they never got back to me. It's pretty frustrating, you know?
Underwear
I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and I gotta say, I was really let down by my recent experience. Back in June 2020, I ordered some underwear, but I didn't get my stuff until way late in August. The company hardly ever reached out to me, so I was left in the dark about what was going on. I'd get random emails here and there about issues with their suppliers, but no info on when I'd actually get my order. Their customer service took forever to get back to me, which was super frustrating. Maybe they were having a tough time because of Covid-19, but that's no excuse for such lousy service. Luckily, I found a more reliable supplier, and I'm thrilled with them.
Refunded items
I had a pretty bad experience with this company not too long ago. They kept telling me I'd get a refund for stuff I sent back, but I never saw the money in my account. The customer service was no help at all, and it seemed like they were just dodging giving me my cash back. It's a bummer because I used to hear good things about them, but now I'll think twice about buying from them again.
Urban boxers
Hey, I ordered some really awesome urban boxers from this website but they never arrived. They claimed it was delivered, but that's definitely not the case. I had to request a refund because they didn't believe me! HisRoom seriously needs to step up their delivery game. Definitely not going to order from them again, obviously.
Boxer briefs and a tank top
I bought some boxer briefs and a tank top from this store the other day, and I have to say, I was really disappointed. The quality wasn't very good, and the fit was all wrong. I barely had them on for a minute before deciding they just weren't worth the money. And when I tried to return them, the customer service folks were so difficult about it, saying the items were damaged and wouldn't give me a refund. It was such a hassle! I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

I've been getting stuff from this company for so long, but this time I ordered some boxer briefs in medium, like usual, and they're way too small. I tried to return them, but the site is messed up and won't let me do it. I even shot them an email, but it bounced back as undeliverable. And don't even get me started on calling them - the line was crazy busy and just directed me to the useless email. This company has the worst customer service, it's really frustrating! Unreliable stock and poor customer service.
I ordered some stuff that ended up not being in stock. It's been like two whole months and my order hasn't moved at all. I tried reaching out to see if they could change the shipping address or give me a refund since I moved, but they weren't helpful at all. It took them days to even reply, and when they finally did, they said my items were at the warehouse but not shipped yet. They wouldn't make any changes or give me a refund. The carrier wouldn't change the shipping address without the shipper's request. So now I'm stuck without my stuff or my money. It seriously feels like a scam.

Oh my goodness, I was really looking forward to getting some awesome new undies from this website, but man, the search function just wasn't working right! I was trying to find brief underwear, but the search results kept showing me boxer briefs instead. Like, seriously, not what I was looking for! It's pretty obvious that this company is doing something shady by not honoring their return policy and lying about the condition of the stuff people send back.

I really love the boxer briefs I got from His Room! They're so comfy and give me great support. The fabric feels great and the design allows for movement while still offering some compression. They're perfect for every day wear. Plus, the colors are really nice and the fit is just perfect for my body shape. Overall, they really hold me up well and give me a nice silhouette.
Assistance with misdelivered order
My recent experience with His Room was a little tough in the beginning because USPS delivered my order to the wrong place. It was super frustrating trying to get it back, but USPS couldn't do it. I was really mad while waiting for my order. I contacted His Room customer support for help. They were a little slow to respond, but they were really helpful. I showed them the proof from USPS, and they said they would check it out. It took a while, but I finally got an email saying my package was delivered. The stuff inside was legit and exactly what I wanted, though it had a weird smell that I'm sure will come out in the wash. Overall, I appreciate His Room for working hard to make sure I got my package even with all the issues I had.
