Delayed order
I'm really upset about how things went down with this company. I ordered something back in March, they took my money right away, but I still haven't gotten what I paid for. I've tried reaching out multiple times to ask what's up with my order, but all they give me are vague reasons, saying they need to talk to the carrier. This whole situation, with them not being clear and taking so long to fix things, has really bothered me and left me feeling let down by their customer service.
