Boxer Briefs in Medium
I've been getting stuff from this company for so long, but this time I ordered some boxer briefs in medium, like usual, and they're way too small. I tried to return them, but the site is messed up and won't let me do it. I even shot them an email, but it bounced back as undeliverable. And don't even get me started on calling them - the line was crazy busy and just directed me to the useless email. This company has the worst customer service, it's really frustrating! I'm done with them, next time I'll just go straight to the manufacturer.
