Unauthorized purchase
I was totally surprised to see a charge on my credit card from a company I've never bought anything from. It was a pain to cancel the card and deal with the fraud, and it made me worried that my info was out there. I had no idea who this company was, so it was extra annoying. Thank goodness for the text alerts that tipped me off to the fishy stuff on my card. I really hope this company steps up their security game so nobody else has to go through this mess.
Briefs and tank tops
I have to say, I'm really disappointed with my experience as a customer at His Room. When I placed my order for briefs and tank tops, I got some strange emails asking for my billing and shipping address right away. That seemed off to me because normally when you order from a good company, you just get a confirmation email. Then when I tried to reach out through their contact form, I had trouble with it and started to wonder if this company was legit. To top it off, I didn't hear back from them on Instagram, which just made things even more confusing and frustrating for me.
Website hassle
Oh man, it was such a hassle trying to return something on the HisRoom website. I spent forever trying to figure it out and it was just impossible. So then I tried HerRoom but even they weren't very helpful. The person in the chat was just like, "Make a label and send it back." Seriously?? All I wanted to do was return my stuff! And they didn't even apologize for the trouble, how rude! I had to pay more for the return than I should have because of their website issues. Ugh, I'm never shopping there again!
Undies purchase
They had a lot of awesome underwear options to choose from, making it tough to pick just one! The customer service was really friendly and helpful, which put a smile on my face. Ordering was a breeze, and my items arrived quickly. I definitely plan on coming back here again!
Underwear purchase
I recently bought some underwear from this store and the prices were good, but the whole experience was pretty disappointing. The delivery took way longer than I expected, the shipping costs were higher than I thought, and they don't even offer free returns. Plus, when I had to send something back, it took them more than 5 weeks to give me a refund on my credit card, which is just not ok these days. When I reached out to customer service for an explanation, they weren't very helpful and just told me it was being handled by a different department with no other info or help. The lack of transparency and slow process has left a bad taste in my mouth, so I won't be shopping there again.
Men's pajamas purchase
I bought some men's pajamas from this store not too long ago and it was a total mess. My order never even showed up at my place, and when I tried to reach out to customer service through email, no one ever got back to me. And to make matters worse, I never got my money back for the pajamas. It was just a terrible situation all the way around. I definitely won't be suggesting this store to anyone.

His Room has an amazing assortment of men's underwear that you won't find anywhere else. I love that they don't try to trick you with fake sales - when something's on sale, it's really discounted. Plus, their recommendations for matching items are always on point and super useful. His Room is my go-to for all things underwear!
3 Packs of T-shirts
I bought some t-shirts that were supposed to be really nice and comfy, but it ended up being a nightmare. I had to wait like three whole months for them to finally show up, only to see that they were totally wrong. The tag didn't even match the shirt inside! I tried to send them back, but customer service was just terrible. I had to fight with them, send photos, and even then they didn't want to take them back unless I paid a fee. What a waste of time. Next time, I'm just going to stick with Amazon or Walmart.
Underwear purchase
I recently bought some new underwear from this store and let me just say, they seriously bombard me with emails every week. It's like, chill out, I only bought one pack of undies, not a whole bunch for a lifetime! They're like that irritating kid at school who won't leave you alone, except they're flooding my inbox.
Mens underwear
I have searched all over for suitable underwear and have never found any that's comfortable until now!! I had bought a couple of pairs of boxer shorts to try them at first and due to being in the UK I was slightly worried about delivery and quality but they are amazing not like any I have tried before so I have obviously bought more!! the service was amazing and fast delivery to the UK

received the order within 2 weeks. I ordered 4 packages and they smelled like mildew and even after washing the smell is still there. Also, the elastic at the waist turned yellow after washing. I hope this mildew smell goes away because it really stinks!!
2 packs of underwear
I ordered from HisRoom, and the products were not in stock. After two months, and the status still being "not in stock" on my order, I asked to change the address or get a refund due to my moving. By the time they responded several days later, they had the items in the warehouse by they had not shipped, yet they refused to change address or refund, and told me to reroute with the carrier. Their carrier would not reroute without the SHIPPER requesting a reroute. Now I don't have the items or my money. They scammed me.
Nautica boxers
Terrible customer service. Offers returns but wont even reply to any of my emails. I want to exchange the items for a bigger size and cant even get a reply. Have sent 3 emails over 2 weeks ago and nothing. Terribly run business, would not recommend nor return.
