Ex-5 bike purchase
When I bought the Ex-5 bike from this fitness company, I was pumped to kick off my indoor cycling adventure. But I soon found out that the screen and classes they had weren't really my jam. To change the tension/resistance on the bike, I had to get the app. The problem was, even after talking to their customer service team, we just couldn't get the bike to connect to the app. It was a letdown because you'd think a top-notch product like this would work right out of the gate. Based on my experience, I wouldn't suggest this bike to others.

Pronunciation Mastery Course
The course was amazing! I was shocked by how simple Mandarin pronunciation really is once you get the hang of it. Learning numbers 1-99 and calendar dates was a game-changer for me. It seemed like a wonderful surprise, but it was so much fun! Starting off with the pinyin chart was a bit slow, but all of a sudden it clicked, like the Great Wall coming together. Being able to create and say random numbers and dates correctly by myself was so satisfying. It was like going from 0-100 miles per hour in no time. I'm excited to see what other surprises Mandarin Blueprint has in store for me!

I ordered this really awesome club for my boyfriend's trip and I was totally pumped for him to check it out. But then it came and it was totally different from what was shown in the picture! I get that they use stock photos, but seriously, if I see something I like, I want that exact thing! It's so irritating!

Heroic Raid - Full Loot Priority Boost
To say I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Leprestore on my recent order is a massive understatement. This is very frustrating because typically they provide great value and great customer service. But this time, not only did they falsely advertise their services, but I also had their employees actively steal from me during the service.
The company misrepresented their services by selling me a pre-order of a number of Full Loot Priority runs in order to achieve a “full gear” boost and promised a high-quality experience running alongside their “professional” raid team. They failed to deliver either. Instead, I was left with a subpar service (a number of runs starting the third week after the release of the raid on Group and Armor Token Loot) that was a complete waste of my time and money. To make matters worse, one of their contractors (paid raiders) couldn't help themself and rolled “need” on the rare cloak from Sark in order to give to a guildie (the paid raid team) and effectively stole from myself and other purchasers in order to benefit their personal mythic raid progression. This all occurred while I was supposed to be attending the raid with Full Loot Priority.
Luckily, I took screenshots and have video footage of every conversation and step throughout this entire experience because since disputing the order, they have removed the product description for a “Full Gear Boost” from their website and they have erased my conversation history with their representative on their website. Incredibly suspect. I have requested a full refund as which should be made available to the customer whenever a contractor breaks their terms of the agreement and unfortunately that request has not been fulfilled yet despite working for a week with their customer service team to handle the refund in a professional manner.
This type of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by any company. It is a clear indication of a lack of integrity and professionalism. I strongly advise others to steer clear of Leprestore and find a more reputable and trustworthy service provider.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this company to anyone. It is a shame that I had to endure such a negative experience, and I hope that others can learn from my mistakes and avoid this company at all costs.
Until this is properly resolved, I will be exploring all options for reporting the fraudulent activities and alerting the appropriate authorities as such conduct should not go without consequences.Review about: Gthic

My order came with the box empty, no matter what I did to try rectify this they would not help me. My items never arrived in the box! And then they said in order to get a refund I must ship the items back!! THERE WERE NO ITEMS IN THE BOX! How could I ship it back. DO NOT BUY, you can get most of the items on Amazong for way cheaper anyway.

Mens underwear
I have searched all over for suitable underwear and have never found any that's comfortable until now!! I had bought a couple of pairs of boxer shorts to try them at first and due to being in the UK I was slightly worried about delivery and quality but they are amazing not like any I have tried before so I have obviously bought more!! the service was amazing and fast delivery to the UK

Mens Fleece Jackets
Unfortunately, I will never order from this place again. I ordered some jackets that never came and they sent totally different jackets in their place. Needless to say, I didn't like the jackets and they wanted to have me pay the return price which I didn't feel was fair. I took this up with my credit card company and Blaroken fought the dispute and the credit card company didn't reverse the charge sadly. I am exhausted with fighting this so I am done. Never again.

For one my order took forever and I could not track it and never got tracking information I’ve emailed them multiple times and never got a response until the day after my dress showed up. When my dress came it looked completely faded as if it was washed over 100 times when I contacted the company about the dress they never responded back I will never order from there again I wish I can give 1 star

I got a dress and there’s a piece ripping but since I would rarely be wearing it I ignored it. The part that I do not like about them is that I mainly chose this website for clothes because it said returns were easy, that clearly was not true. I asked for a refund and they offered me a 12% coupon for my next order INSTEAD of my refund and if I do ship it back I have to pay for the shipping fee out of my pocket. The outfits were okay but not worth as much I paid.

Tamika I am in the same boat!!! I placed my order March 18, paid extra for the expedited shipping. I have reached out to customer support 3 times and still no tracking information is available. They told me yesterday only 1 out of 3 dresses I ordered had been processed and is ready to ship.

Ordered masks July 24,25. Still waiting, and payment is still pending.
Takes long to receive them and masks are very small for the face. Nose part is too pointy, not like pictured.
WARNING: This company is absolutely deplorable. SIX weeks ago, I ordered some masks as Christmas presents. They never arrived and I contacted customer service numerous times about this. They offered no help or empathy whatsoever, and eventually stopped responding to me altogether. I finally had to go to my bank to dispute the charges in order to get a refund. Absolutely despicable behaviour from a company whose customer service reps sign off 'From a culture of kindness.'

We bought the chandelier from them for couple hundreds of dollars. Once we had it up, it is just amazing. We received so many compliments from our guests and they all guess that we spent several thousands for the piece. They are all shocked after I told them the price.
I paid an electrician to have the chandelier installed so for me it was a very simple task, but it does take sometime for the electrician to have it installed. It looks so much nicer than the photo.
Another thing worth to mention is their customer service. When I first found them online, I gave them a call just to give it a try. The line is busy and no one answer the phone. I did not bother to leave a voice mail, but they called me right back in just about 30 mins. I was happily surprised then. I called and emailed them multiple times with different questions throughout the process since we have never purchased light online before. They always get back to us in time with clear answers and additional valuable information that we did not even ask for.
