Recent order not arrived
I've been a loyal customer for years and always loved your products, but I placed an order a few weeks ago and it never showed up. I tried reaching out via email and voicemail, but haven't heard back. I'm starting to worry if something's happened to the business. It's really disappointing not knowing what's going on.
Delayed order, lack of communication
I'm really upset about how terrible the communication and customer service have been from this company. It's been over a month and I still haven't received the products I ordered, and they haven't given me any updates or responded to my messages. I've tried reaching out through email, phone, and social media, but I haven't heard anything back. Their website is also down, so I'm starting to think they might have closed down. It's not cool for them to keep taking orders without following through or keeping their customers informed. I'm starting to think I might have to get my money back from the bank because of this whole mess.
Delayed delivery, lack of communication
I really recommend not ordering from this company. I've been waiting for my purchase for over a month now and I've tried reaching out through calls and emails multiple times, but haven't heard back at all. It's frustrating to see that their accounts are overdue according to Companies House. It's disappointing because my husband really likes their products and we've never had any problems with them before.
2 orders finally arrived
After waiting a frustrating two months, my two orders from this place have finally arrived. I was really starting to think they were a scam, but I guess being patient paid off. The products are decent, but the shipping wait was way too long. If you don't mind waiting, go for it. But if you need your items quickly, I'd suggest looking somewhere else. Overall, I would reluctantly say it's not terrible, but definitely not great.
Latest order received
I've had some problems with this company before, like orders coming late and just overall annoying situations. But I gotta give credit where it's due, my last order actually came on time, which is way better than before. I was starting to lose hope of ever getting my stuff, but to my surprise, they showed up pretty quickly. Here's hoping this good vibe keeps going in the future.
Shirt, pants, hat
So, like, I bought this shirt, some pants, and a hat from here, and they were all really cool. But then, I had some problems with my order, and I never got a refund or anything. They really need to work on how they treat their customers because all I wanted was my money back, you know?

Man, I'm super disappointed. I found these really amazing hair products at this one place, but they totally messed up my last order. Recurring order not fulfilled
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now and have always loved their products. But, I've gotta be real, I've been pretty let down lately with my recurring order situation. I've tried placing it a bunch of times, but it just hasn't come through, and no one's really been keeping me in the loop about what's going on. On top of that, I moved over a year ago and asked for my address to be changed, but that still hasn't been taken care of. It's a bummer to see the service go downhill like this, especially after all the good experiences I've had in the past.
Shampoo and Wax purchase
I just bought some shampoo and wax from your store, but I gotta say, it was a pretty bad experience. I paid for my stuff, but then I didn't hear anything for weeks. Finally, I got hit with a customs duty bill, which I paid right away. But even after that, I still didn't get any updates or info about my order. When my package finally showed up after three weeks, all the bottles were busted and leaking because they were packaged so poorly. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times with proof of the damage, but never got a response. This kind of service and quality is just not okay. I'm pretty disappointed.

Oh my gosh, this place is completely gone now! They decided to close down on August 1, 2020, can you believe it? Seriously, I looked it up on Company's house and everything! I used to enjoy shopping here, but now I can't because they're no longer in business. It's really sad, I'm going to miss them!
Online purchase of various products
My recent experience with this company has been super frustrating. So, like, I placed an online order over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my stuff. And get this - I've tried emailing and calling them multiple times, but no one's gotten back to me. And to add insult to injury, now their website is down. It's making me think they went out of business. I'm just so disappointed and annoyed with the lack of communication and how long it's taking to get my order.

I just bought a bunch of stuff from this place and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. Only got a quarter of what I ordered! I tried emailing, leaving voicemails, even hitting them up on social media, but got zero response. So frustrating! Don't bother ordering from this place, seriously. I've dealt with their terrible customer service and long wait times in the past, but this time was the final straw. My order never showed up, super disappointing.

Matt clay product
I'm really disappointed with this company. I ordered the matt clay product back in July and still haven't gotten it. I got a shipping confirmation three weeks after I ordered, but the product never showed up. Now the website's down, and it seems like some folks have only been getting part of their orders since August. It's frustrating to get an email with a discount code when I haven't even gotten what I originally ordered. This company's lack of communication and transparency is just not okay. I just want the product I ordered because it's honestly the best I've ever used.
Craft clay
I gotta tell ya, the craft clay from this company is seriously top-notch. Everybody wants it, that's for sure. But man, I'm so frustrated with how they just can't keep up with the demand and handle their deliveries properly. I think it's a no-brainer they should start selling in places like Boots, instead of just online where they can't keep up. They better fix this problem real soon.
Leather jacket purchase
I'm really happy with the leather jacket I bought, super top-notch quality. But man, it's been forever since I ordered it and still no sign of it. Can't get a hold of them through email or phone, seems like they fell off the grid. Bummer!
Awesome shirt
I recently found this awesome shirt at this one place, but unfortunately, I can't find anything else like it. It's a major bummer that the company's accounts are overdue, and there's a chance I won't even receive my order. The shirt itself was fantastic, but I really wish I had known about their sketchy reputation before making a purchase. Any suggestions on where else I can find a shirt like this?
High-end grooming products
