Recurring order not fulfilled
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now and have always loved their products. But, I've gotta be real, I've been pretty let down lately with my recurring order situation. I've tried placing it a bunch of times, but it just hasn't come through, and no one's really been keeping me in the loop about what's going on. On top of that, I moved over a year ago and asked for my address to be changed, but that still hasn't been taken care of. It's a bummer to see the service go downhill like this, especially after all the good experiences I've had in the past.

Black platform boots
The delivery of my black platform boots took way longer than I thought, which stressed me out since I needed them for a special event. I know shipping stuff happens, but it was still annoying. Luckily, the boots finally showed up just in time for me to wear them, but the delay definitely put a damper on the whole situation.
