    Cutec wipes

    I finally got my hands on those Cutec wipes after a long wait, and man, they were totally worth it. The package came quickly and was in great shape, just like last time. Oh yeah, my first purchase was that killer SVB Dakota Edition cue stick in sapphire blue, and let me tell you, it's been a real game-changer. Billiards King really knows how to hook you up with top-notch stuff that makes a difference in your game. They even took care of a small issue with the cue stick super fast and efficiently. The only thing I wish I had gotten was the scuffing tool, but that extension they threw in is awesome. Thanks a ton, Billiards King, for always coming through with awesome products and service.

    Delivery and return experience

    My experience with the delivery and return process was super frustrating and disappointing. It seriously took forever, like 3 whole months, to get and then send back my order. That's just way too long for something so simple. To top it off, I got hit with a $6.95 charge for all the trouble. It's safe to say I'm pretty unhappy with the service I got on this.

    Shampoo and Wax purchase

    I just bought some shampoo and wax from your store, but I gotta say, it was a pretty bad experience. I paid for my stuff, but then I didn't hear anything for weeks. Finally, I got hit with a customs duty bill, which I paid right away. But even after that, I still didn't get any updates or info about my order. When my package finally showed up after three weeks, all the bottles were busted and leaking because they were packaged so poorly. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times with proof of the damage, but never got a response. This kind of service and quality is just not okay. I'm pretty disappointed.
