I've been shopping at this online store for a while now, and I've bought a few pieces of clothing recently. I have to say, I'm super impressed with the quality of their stuff, especially when you think about how cheap it is. Some things can be a bit more expensive, but they also have a lot of basic stuff at really good prices. One time, I got this cute pleated skirt for less than $20, and I couldn't believe how nice it was. It was made of thick, soft material with a zipper, stretchy cinched back, and an underlayer. I just bought a bunch of clothes from this website and honestly, I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out. The quality of the clothes is good, but some things didn't fit quite right. Missing item from order
I had a bad experience with my recent purchase from Lewkin. One of the items I ordered didn't come with the rest of my stuff, and even though I got the package, that item is still missing. It's been almost two months now, and I haven't heard anything about where it is. I emailed them to let them know what happened, but I never got a reply. The missing item cost me $50, so it's really annoying not being able to use it or get it. I think as a customer, I should get better service and communication when things like this happen.
Wrong items received
I had a pretty lousy experience with my order from this company recently. They ended up sending me the wrong items, and then when I tried to return them, they wouldn't give me a return label. I had to shell out my own money to send the stuff back to Korea, and it ended up costing me more than what I paid for the items. To make matters worse, they even subtracted the original free shipping cost from my refund. Their return and exchange policy is just plain ridiculous.
Baggy jeans and Korean beauty products
I thought this store was all about Korean fashion at first, but boy was I wrong! Turns out they've got a ton of Korean beauty products too. Their baggy jeans are so cool, and my friends, including my guy buddies, are all big fans. The selection and comfort of their jeans are top-notch, and the prices are super reasonable. This place is seriously one of my favorite places to shop right now for cute and trendy K-fashion clothes! I love that I can easily buy Korean clothes internationally without actually being in Korea. Soft and comfortable clothes
The clothes I bought were so dang soft and comfy, it was unbelievable. The flared pants and the top were both ridiculously plush - I just had to get them in a bunch of different colors. I really liked that they were made in South Korea, 'cause I usually try to avoid stuff made in China. The shipping wasn't too shabby either, taking just 9 days to get here from Korea. All in all, I was super happy with my purchase and will definitely be shopping with this brand again.

My experience with the company was pretty good. The delivery was fast and the packaging looked nice. But I was bummed out when they refunded my crop top without telling me why. That made me not want to buy it again, especially since I would have to pay for delivery again. I think it would be better if they let customers know why they're getting a refund. It would help make things more clear and keep customers happy.
Jeans - Great Quality and Comfortable
This was my first time ordering from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality of the jeans I got. The fabric is super soft and the color is just gorgeous. Plus, the jeans are really comfy to wear, so they're a great addition to my closet. I live in the US and my order came in 7 days, which was totally fine with me. Wrong order received
I got the wrong jeans from this place and when I contacted customer service, they didn't admit their mistake. Instead of fixing it, they only gave me a small discount that doesn't even cover the return cost. Sending it back from Canada is way too pricey, especially since they don't even give a shipping label. It was a bad experience overall and I won't be buying from them again.

The Acubi clothing selection is pretty good, but I do wish they had more options to choose from. I shop here often because the prices are reasonable thanks to the deals they offer. The customer service is excellent, even though the sizing charts can be a little inaccurate sometimes.

I get that delays happen, but it's really bothering me that they're not keeping me in the loop. I've sent a bunch of emails asking about my order, and haven't heard back from them at all, even when they should be open. It's frustrating to feel like they're not listening to me or giving me any info. My whole experience with them has been pretty disappointing, so I'd advise others to think twice before ordering from them.
