Late delivery, questionable product authenticity
I just bought something from this website, and man, I was so let down by the whole thing. I shelled out extra for fast shipping, but my package showed up a day late. And I couldn't even check out any reviews on their site, which had me side-eyeing if their stuff is legit. The club I got doesn't seem like the real deal from that brand - it's just not the same quality.
Mizuno Irons purchase
At first, I was a bit hesitant because of some bad reviews, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised when I got the Mizuno Irons from GlobalGolf. They were listed as in really good shape and were way cheaper than other places online. Even though there were a few little marks on them, the clubs practically looked brand spanking new. And to top it off, they shipped my order the same day I placed it, totally exceeding my expectations.
New set of irons purchase
I just bought a new set of irons from this company, and I gotta say, I am so disappointed with how everything went down. The shipping date they promised passed by without a peep from them. I tried reaching out through email and phone, but all I got were wishy-washy answers about delays.
Used clubs
I recently bought some used golf clubs from this online store. But you know what, one of the clubs I got was not in great shape and had some problems. So, I asked for a return, but then they went ahead and made me pay for the shipping. And get this, when I finally got my refund, turns out it was even less than what I was expecting!
New iron set
I got this new iron set from here, but when it got delivered it was all messed up because they only stuck a rubber band in the box. So, I sent it right back and asked for my money back, but they only gave me a gift card instead of putting the cash back on my card. They claimed I used the club, but I didn't! Now I'm stuck with a $1,500 gift card. I don't know if I should risk having them send me another club after this whole fiasco.
Next day shipping
I just bought something from GlobalGolf and paid extra for next day shipping. I was pretty bummed when I found out they only picked up my order today even though it was supposed to get to me today. It's not cool to make us pay more for fast shipping and then blame delays on stuff like Covid. GlobalGolf needs to own up to their mistakes and do better with their shipping.
Golf club purchase
My experience with GlobalGolf wasn't quite what I expected. I found the ordering process a bit confusing and had to contact customer service for help. Luckily, the person I talked to was really helpful and walked me through everything. But the prices were a bit higher than I thought they'd be, though I was okay paying more for a better product. It took a while for my golf clubs to arrive, but when they did, they were packaged well and in great shape. All in all, I'd say my experience with GlobalGolf was okay, but there's definitely room to improve on prices and delivery times.
Broken golf club replacement
I gotta tell you, I had a rough time with my order from this company. I bought a new golf club to replace my old broken one, but it arrived without proper packaging and the shaft ended up broken. When I reached out to customer service, they at first said they'd replace the club at a discount. But then they turned around and said they couldn't replace it because of inventory issues, even though they were still selling it online. They suggested I get it fixed myself and they'd reimburse me. When I asked if that reimbursement would be in store credit, they stopped talking to me. It was really frustrating and disappointing how they handled everything. I'd recommend shopping somewhere else for your golf gear.
Head cover order
I ordered a head cover from this company not too long ago, expecting it to arrive in 5-10 days, like they said. But it's been almost a month now, and still no sign of it. Nobody has bothered to update me or explain the hold-up, and honestly, I'm pretty irritated and let down by the way they've handled this. I'm starting to think I'll never get my head cover or my money back at this rate. It's disappointing, but I wouldn't feel right telling anyone to use this company after what I've been through.
My new golf clubs
I recently got some really awesome new golf clubs from this website, but turns out they didn't even have them in stock! I had to keep calling them over and over just to get my money back. Such a bummer, dude.

I bought a set of golf clubs from this company and they said they'd ship them in 2 weeks. But, over 2 months later and still no clubs. I contacted customer service and found out they were coming straight from the manufacturer. After waiting 2.5 months, I got an email saying the product was discontinued. I'm really let down and won't be ordering from them in the future. I recommend checking out other options before buying from them.
Golf club purchase
My recent experience with GlobalGolf has been a bit of a rollercoaster. The first time I bought something, everything went super smoothly and it got to me pretty quickly. The courier kept me looped in with regular updates, which was great. But then my second order hit a snag at the supplier's end. Despite my best efforts reaching out to customer service, I haven't gotten any updates on where it's at. It's like they pulled me in with top-notch service on the first go-round, only to drop the ball on the next.

Specific club order
I ordered this really awesome club for my boyfriend's trip and I was totally pumped for him to check it out. But then it came and it was totally different from what was shown in the picture! I get that they use stock photos, but seriously, if I see something I like, I want that exact thing! It's so irritating!
Used putter purchase
I recently bought a used putter from this company and was surprised to see an extra charge of $1.99 for "sustainability" on my confirmation email. They didn't tell me about this charge when I was buying it, so it felt sneaky and caught me off guard. I called customer service to ask about it, and they said all used clubs have this sustainability fee. But when I asked why they didn't just include it in the club's price, they couldn't give me a good answer. It seems like they're just trying to make more money without telling us customers. Even though $2 isn't a lot, it's the shady way they're adding fees that bothers me.
Cancelled order
I wanted to cancel my order, but GlobalGolf told me it was too late because of TaylorMade. It took me 3 weeks to finally get my club. I'm not too sure about their return policy, it seems a bit sketchy to me. I would recommend looking for a different place to shop.
Clubs bought online
I recently ordered some golf clubs online and man, did it take forever for them to arrive. Apparently, the company didn't have the clubs in stock so they had to order them before shipping them out to me. Waiting around for something I could've easily picked up myself is a major headache. And to top it off, they keep using COVID as an excuse for the delays, even though that's not really an issue anymore. It's such a ridiculous situation!
Cleveland irons
I got myself some really awesome clubs that were shipped all the way from Australia right to my door! The whole ordering process was a breeze and I even snagged a nice discount. The clubs were in perfect shape and I was kept in the loop with updates from DHL the whole way. I did some research on EBay and all the reviews were great, so maybe those negative ones were just people trying to stir up trouble. GlobalGolf is definitely the way to go!
Recent golf club purchase
I recently bought a set of golf clubs from GlobalGolf and I gotta say, I am super happy with how everything turned out. The customer service was top-notch - the staff really knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect clubs for my game. The ordering process was easy peasy, and the prices were fair. When my clubs showed up, they were right on time and in awesome shape. Overall, I'm really impressed with GlobalGolf and will definitely be coming back for more golf gear in the future.

I started purchasing from global golf website probably 8 to 10 years ago. Always found good deals and plenty of choices from major brands and not so major brands.
I cannot believe the lack of more affordable options on the website now and the expensive prices for used clubs. The good ole days are over. I can’t find Bobby Grace putters, Macgregor irons, other options I used to find there all the time. When I now sort lowest price to highest, I’m amazed at what the prices start at now. It’s a shame.
