Gold locket with engraved photo
So, I ordered this gold locket with a special photo engraving for my mom's birthday. It was really easy to do, the website was user-friendly. I uploaded the photo, added a personal message, checked out - all without any problems. But when the locket got here, the photo looked a little pixelated and not as sharp as I thought it would be. I was kind of bummed out because I paid a good amount for the customization. The locket was nice quality, but the engraving could have been better.

Used putter purchase
I recently bought a used putter from this company and was surprised to see an extra charge of $1.99 for "sustainability" on my confirmation email. They didn't tell me about this charge when I was buying it, so it felt sneaky and caught me off guard. I called customer service to ask about it, and they said all used clubs have this sustainability fee. But when I asked why they didn't just include it in the club's price, they couldn't give me a good answer. It seems like they're just trying to make more money without telling us customers. Even though $2 isn't a lot, it's the shady way they're adding fees that bothers me.
