Sceptical, pleasantly surprised, blown away
I wasn't sure about buying from this website at first because the prices seemed too good to be true. But I was pleasantly surprised by the service. I saved money and the whole process was smooth. I got updates on my order from start to finish, which made things hassle-free. I'll definitely use this website again because of the great service.

Bracelets
I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and I've always been really impressed by what they're all about. The bracelets they sell are super cute, and they're really well-made and last a long time. Whenever I wear them, I get tons of compliments, and they still look great even after all this time.

Hoover Smartwash Pet carpet cleaner
I recently got the Hoover Smartwash Pet carpet cleaner from VIP Outlet, but I had some trouble with it soon after using it. At first, it worked great and gave me nice, clean carpets in no time. But after just four uses, a cheap plastic part and spring on the suction nozzle ended up breaking. I found out that the manufacturer's warranty wouldn't cover it because VIP Outlet wasn't an authorized seller of the product. They didn't make that clear on their website, so I missed out on the 5-year warranty that was a big reason why I got it in the first place. It feels kind of shady and now I'm stuck with no easy way to get it fixed or replaced. I suggest staying away from buying stuff like this from VIP Outlet to avoid running into the same warranty problems.

Used putter purchase
I recently bought a used putter from this company and was surprised to see an extra charge of $1.99 for "sustainability" on my confirmation email. They didn't tell me about this charge when I was buying it, so it felt sneaky and caught me off guard. I called customer service to ask about it, and they said all used clubs have this sustainability fee. But when I asked why they didn't just include it in the club's price, they couldn't give me a good answer. It seems like they're just trying to make more money without telling us customers. Even though $2 isn't a lot, it's the shady way they're adding fees that bothers me.
