Hotel reservation issues
I was so upset with my experience using this hotel reservation service. When I needed to cancel my reservation, I called the number they gave me, but all I got was a robotic message asking for money for directory assistance or telling me to call another number for mobile users. It was so annoying trying to cancel my reservation. Finally, I had to contact the hotel myself, only to find out they didn't have my reservation under my name, but under a completely different company name. And to top it off, I realized my credit card was charged for a deposit that the hotel never even received. Dealing with all of this has been a huge hassle and stress, and now I have to go through my bank to fix these wrong charges.

Unsatisfactory policy cancellation process
I had a really bad time trying to cancel my insurance with this company. Even though I did everything I was supposed to do, they're making it super hard for me to switch to a better insurance company. They wouldn’t give me any money back for extra coverage, and they wanted me to call on renewal day to cancel or pay half the policy up front. It feels like they're trying to trick people out of their money. I'm so disappointed in how they handle cancellations.

Broken golf club replacement
I gotta tell you, I had a rough time with my order from this company. I bought a new golf club to replace my old broken one, but it arrived without proper packaging and the shaft ended up broken. When I reached out to customer service, they at first said they'd replace the club at a discount. But then they turned around and said they couldn't replace it because of inventory issues, even though they were still selling it online. They suggested I get it fixed myself and they'd reimburse me. When I asked if that reimbursement would be in store credit, they stopped talking to me. It was really frustrating and disappointing how they handled everything. I'd recommend shopping somewhere else for your golf gear.

Bikini purchase
I bought a bikini from this store recently and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. The customer service was just awful - totally rude and not helpful at all. Plus, the sizing was totally messed up. The medium top was way too tight, and the bottoms were way too big. And to add to it, the material of the bikini felt super cheap and badly put together. All in all, I wouldn't suggest shopping here.

Oh my goodness, I am absolutely in love with the dresses I got! They fit me perfectly and make me feel like royalty. The pictures online really didn't do them justice, I was totally blown away by how stunning they are in person. And can we just take a moment to appreciate how quickly they arrived?! I barely had time to keep checking the tracking page before they were already at my doorstep. I am seriously impressed!

Incredible set of marketing tools
I really think the marketing plan has been super helpful in helping me figure out my strategies and get me closer to success. The tools don't cost too much and the data they give is top-notch. But, I do want to point out that their tables can be tough to access. I'm blind, so I tried reaching out to the team for help, but didn't hear back. Even with that hiccup, I still find the tools easy to use and really like the features they have.

Day and night oil set
I don't like to shop let alone spend money. These oils caught my attention so I researched and read about them for weeks before I made the purchase. I asked for a coupon code and they gave me one, ordering was easy and I believe I received them in about a week and am in looove with them! They smell amazing and feel sooo good on your face. Your skin absorbs it like a sponge, its crazy! And even though its only been a few days, i totally feel and see a difference. Im just so happy to give up makeup and go natural thanks to these oils. Glad I read all this review. It seems this company is irresponsible fulfilling the order shipments. With so many complains of people having thier credit card charged and not reciving their orderl, it shoul be reported to the business bureau.
I ordered on 5th April and did not realize it was coming from India. Tracking said on 15 April on way to Cyprus. I live in Spain. I emailed but did not get a response. Tracking is 33604385662
