Racket purchase
I just bought a racket online and ended up having to pay an extra fee because it got held up by customs. I contacted customer support to ask for help, but they weren't able to do anything to fix the problem. I was pretty let down because I was hoping for better support from the company.

Customer service is terrible. I never get responses to my email questions and their automated robot is no help at all. My orders usually go through okay, but if there's a problem, good luck trying to talk to a real person.

Online yoga classes
I've always had a hard time making it to regular yoga classes because of the timing or how far away they are. Ever since I found this online platform, though, it's been a total game-changer for me. The instructors are really talented and push me to try new things. I'm loving every minute of it and so far, everything about it has been awesome.
