I just got some new sneakers from Smashinn and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. The service was awesome, prices were good, and my order came really fast. I've bought 4 pairs of sneakers from them so far, and they've all been top-notch. Specifically, I got some Head trainers for Pickleball, and they've seriously upped my game. However, I was a little surprised when a Spanish chat bot appeared, and it made me wonder if it was a company based in the UK. The whole site was in English though, which worked for me. I just got some new tennis shoes online and man, the delivery was a mess. The store I used said they didn't have my package, even though the tracking info said it was delivered by DPD. I had to go back and basically force them to find it among all the other packages. Not cool. And on top of that, Smashinn's customer service didn't do much to help when I asked. They seriously need to work on their customer support.
