Tennis racket purchase
I just bought a tennis racket from an online store and it was a complete letdown. The delivery took a whole week longer than expected, which messed up my plans for an upcoming tournament. The customer service was terrible - they kept giving me canned responses that didn't even address my questions. I got the same unhelpful answer twice, so it's clear they weren't really listening to my concerns. I won't be shopping at that store again, that's for sure.

I was so disappointed with the racket bag I bought. There weren't any measurements listed, so obviously, it turned out to be way too small. Seems like it's only useful for carrying balls, not rackets. Such a waste of money!
