Ordered a Sim Max, received the regular Sim.. Representatives would NOT work with me to fix the order. DO NOT ORDER from global golf, this company is not about customer service, and I never complain..
Taylor Made SIM MAX Iron Set
I can't comment on the used products, but I ordered a brand new set of irons. I received it well packaged, irons individually wrapped .... in less than 24 hours after placing the order. I originally didnt receive a order confirmation or receipt of purchase. I used the online chat, and they told me they had received the order and it would be going out the next day and I should expect it in a few days. To my amazement, I received it before leaving for work the next day. I'd definitely buy from here again

Globalgolf has not responded directly to my my issues. They point the finger at the manufacturer for delays when the issue is about their dishonest information on their website. During the purchase they were not honest about delivery of the club. It was intimated that both clubs ordered were to arrive by March 24. It was only after I received 1 of the two clubs ordered that I became aware of the shipping delay. Globalgolf has never once reached out to me with updates. No communication was ever initiated by them so I only get updates when I contact them.
I am mortified by their dishonesty. FYI, the club is available for immediate delivery from multiple other sources including local stores. GG should be honest and tell customers that they don't actually stock products and rely on drop shipping from manufacturers!

I am soccer lover and also like to play football only , never diverted to any more games.This pandemic period changed many rules and regulations of life.Something like activities books of many people's life rewired .
I also decided to join golf ,not club as this was not fruitful until unless I could learn basics.Started from to be like a golfer to create self confidence.
So reached to this store online , fortunately Christmas offers were available till the time.
Picked one golf shoe Foot Joy contour series ,very costly ,I never purchased any shoe of range
Greg Norman T shirts and one short .Initial look is ready to launch .All products what picked and what seen , realized ,this is very costly game.
Products are good because price are very good.
