    Specific club order

    I ordered this really awesome club for my boyfriend's trip and I was totally pumped for him to check it out. But then it came and it was totally different from what was shown in the picture! I get that they use stock photos, but seriously, if I see something I like, I want that exact thing! It's so irritating!

    Used putter purchase

    I recently bought a used putter from this company and was surprised to see an extra charge of $1.99 for "sustainability" on my confirmation email. They didn't tell me about this charge when I was buying it, so it felt sneaky and caught me off guard. I called customer service to ask about it, and they said all used clubs have this sustainability fee. But when I asked why they didn't just include it in the club's price, they couldn't give me a good answer. It seems like they're just trying to make more money without telling us customers. Even though $2 isn't a lot, it's the shady way they're adding fees that bothers me.

    I wanted to cancel my order, but GlobalGolf told me it was too late because of TaylorMade. It took me 3 weeks to finally get my club. I'm not too sure about their return policy, it seems a bit sketchy to me. I would recommend looking for a different place to shop.

    Clubs bought online

    I recently ordered some golf clubs online and man, did it take forever for them to arrive. Apparently, the company didn't have the clubs in stock so they had to order them before shipping them out to me. Waiting around for something I could've easily picked up myself is a major headache. And to top it off, they keep using COVID as an excuse for the delays, even though that's not really an issue anymore. It's such a ridiculous situation!

    Globalgolf has not responded directly to my my issues. They point the finger at the manufacturer for delays when the issue is about their dishonest information on their website. During the purchase they were not honest about delivery of the club. It was intimated that both clubs ordered were to arrive by March 24. It was only after I received 1 of the two clubs ordered that I became aware of the shipping delay. Globalgolf has never once reached out to me with updates. No communication was ever initiated by them so I only get updates when I contact them.

    I am mortified by their dishonesty. FYI, the club is available for immediate delivery from multiple other sources including local stores. GG should be honest and tell customers that they don't actually stock products and rely on drop shipping from manufacturers!

    I cannot recommend doing business with them.
