Quick and efficient video delivery
I was a bit nervous at first because I saw some bad reviews for this service on a well-known review site. But I figured I'd give it a try anyway. I ordered a personalized video message and to my surprise, I got it just ten minutes after I made the request. I didn't even pay for fast delivery, so I was impressed by how quickly it came. The video was really good quality and the message was exactly what I wanted. I was really happy with the service I got.

Furniture pickup service
The service picked up all my stuff, but I was bummed about how they were late and didn't give much help. They didn't show up when they were supposed to and gave the wrong info about when they'd arrive. Plus, the person loading didn't have any extra help to lift the heavy stuff, so my husband had to pitch in to get two big, heavy couches out. It just wasn't the kind of service I thought I was gonna get.

Recent car rental experience
I just rented a car for the first time at Miami International Airport from January 18th to the 22nd. The whole thing went really well - the shuttle service was quick, the rental process was easy, and I got a nice new Dodge Charger for a good price for five days. The folks at the rental place were nice and professional, which made the whole thing easy and not stressful. I'd definitely rent from them again in the future.

Leather travel bag
I am totally in love with my new leather travel bag! It's super classy and the color is just right. The leather is top-notch quality and has such a nice, soft texture. I was a bit worried about not getting it in time for Christmas, but the seller's communication was fantastic and it arrived just in time. I actually bought it as a gift for someone else, but now I'm going to keep it for myself because it's too good to give away.

Hair growth hat

I just want to give a shoutout to the folks at Rake for always providing amazing customer service. Recently, I had a problem with not receiving my Issue #79 because of some supply chain issues. But let me tell you, Emily really went above and beyond to make things right. She managed to find a copy in Europe and not only sent me Issue #79, but also threw in Issue #80 as a bonus. That's what I call excellent service! Both magazines arrived just a few weeks later, and I couldn't be happier. Huge thanks to Emily for her exceptional help - she's a true asset to the Rake team.

Boomer and Suba
This company is AMAZING. Everything is so high quality and even though the prices are a bit steep, you really do get what you pay for. I bought the boomer sandal and I was so obsessed with the quality that I ordered a pair of Suba boots the same week! These are shoes that I will have for a lifetime and will never go out of style. I purchased the shoes on Monday and received them on Tuesday! Customer service is amazing. I definitely plan to make more purchases from Labucq in the future!

Renters Insurance
The quote and policy process was very quick. However, when I wanted to switch from escrow to direct payment, it was frustrating. I wrote an email that took a week to respond to. the real frustration is there is NO PHONE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Even CHAT service did not respond. So, I am dealing with virtual people who I do not know if they exist.
I am on the border line with my experience with this "Virtual" company. They sure need to improve on their customer service and have a way to contact them by PHONE!
End of the day POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE with result in LOSS of CUSTOMERS.I am furious with them. Terrible terrible company. If people want to pay money for nothing, then this is the company for them!! Bye craponade!!!

I asked my husband to buy me an early Valentine's gift. The hearts pendants with our children's names melt my heart! A very elegant and delicate necklace that I can match with any outfit and the fact that people can customize every jewel in accordance with their family, makes it very personal and unique!
I canceled my policy, but they canceled my ex-husband's policy instead. I helped him get set up, but we had a heck of a time separating our policies on the app. I don't know how I could have been clearer - i requested the cancellation using my address and they cancelled his policy, which is a different address. It has been a week and I still haven't gotten this straightened out. Lemonade is not ready yet for homeowners insurance. It takes days to hear back from anyone and then the question is a request for the policy number. Then it's another few days before I hear back. The customer service issue is horrible. There should be a number easily available so you don't have to wait forever to get a stupid question from a bot. I can't imagine what filing a claim would be like if they can't keep two addresses separate. They can't continue to organize policies by a phone number. It took forever and a phone call to get them to unlink my ex from my app. I'm so mad at this company. Once they figure out what to do, we are canceling his policy, but until then, I need to get my money back to put in my escrow account or my mortgage payments will go up. They aren't even the least expensive. I found better coverage for same price.
