Predatory contract with lack of customer service
I was really let down by this service. It seems like the company set up their contract to make it hard for customers to get in touch with them and keep them in the dark, so they can just keep our money. It's just not right to act that way, it's almost like stealing, even if it's technically allowed in the contract. Dealing with this company left me feeling cheated and frustrated by their shady business tactics.
Didn't get what I asked for
I requested some things and didn't receive them. I was pretty disappointed. But then I ended up getting them as a Christmas present. Didn't have to pay for them at least. Just be sure to read through their terms carefully.
Purchased a cameo
I ordered a cameo from this celebrity I like, and even though they sent it to me on time, I can't even see it! I reached out to Customer Service for help, but their suggestions didn't work at all. And on top of that, they didn't even bother to reply to my other questions. What a total waste of my time and money!
UFC fighter Dan Hooker Cameo
I wanted to give Cameo a shot after seeing an ad for it. I thought it would be pretty neat to get a personalized message from UFC fighter Dan Hooker. I went ahead and paid for the message, excited to receive it. However, I ended up disappointed when my money was refunded a few days later. They suggested I try again, but I just don't have the energy to deal with going through the same problem over and over. It felt like a waste of my time and left me feeling frustrated and unhappy.

I'm a customer who recently bought 4 cameo orders. Unfortunately, all the requests were either expired or cancelled, which was pretty disappointing. I was told that if I didn't get the cameo, the hold on my card would be released, but the charges still showed up on my bank statement. Even though credits were added to my cameo account, I wasn't happy with this fix and would prefer a refund. After looking into it more, I found out that refunds have to be requested through Apple, which is different from what I was originally told. When I tried to ask for refunds through Apple, they turned down my requests. I've been pretty disappointed with the service recently. I tried getting videos from different celebrities three times, and every time, they let me down.
