Comfy undies
They're comfortable underwear, but they don't exactly enhance your package in your pants or jeans. The fabric is just too stiff for that. Just wear them for the comfort.

Returned shoes, poor customer service
I've been really let down by this company. I sent back some shoes and I've been trying to talk to them about my refund since January 10th. I've emailed them a bunch of times and tried calling, but nobody has gotten back to me at all. It's really frustrating how their customer service team isn't communicating or responding at all. I'd say to steer clear of buying from them and look for another place to get those shoes if that's what you're looking for.

heartworm prevention medication
I've purchased heartworm prevention meds from this company three times already. It does take a little longer to receive them, but the prices are way better than what I could find in a store here in the US. I just gave my dog his last dose and ordered more from them. Even if it takes a bit longer, I trust they'll arrive in time for his next dose. If not, I can always grab a small pack from a store to tide us over until the order gets here.

Bathtub purchase
I just bought a bathtub from this place and it was a total nightmare. The tracking app was a bust, and when I called customer service, I got someone who could hardly speak English and didn't offer any help at all. They said I'd get an email confirmation for delivery but it never showed up, and now after a whole month of waiting for a refund, I've got nothing to show for it. The customer service was the worst, and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

Fun personalization, non-romance options
I had a really awesome experience with this company. Their website was super easy to use and I was able to customize my M&M's with text and clip-art without any hassle. I didn't test out uploading any images, but I liked the variety of customization options they had available. What I really liked was that they had packaging options that weren't all lovey-dovey, which was perfect since I was ordering for my friends and not a girlfriend or boyfriend. The only downside was that I had to buy a minimum of 400 grams, which seemed like a lot, but I get it from their side of things.

Package
I went all in. This was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. The advertising is intense and misleading. They taste like chalk, you have to have them with other foods, mainly yoghurt, which is high in sugar and not everyone can tolerate it. I’ve tried them in teas, salads, tuna, it ruins anything I’ve added it to, and yea I added it to yoghurt and smoothies.
